Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely condo for $300 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on either of two decks with unobstructed beach views. Play all day at the beach, and then in the evening enjoy a relaxing drink on the back porch overlooking the swimming pool and sound side of Ocean Isle. This condo is fully furnished, stocked and ready for your family to enjoy a summer week, or off season getaway, at the beach. It is on the top floor of the Windjammer on the desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Elevator access gets you up to this third floor unit, and there is a direct walkway to the beach leading out of the underbuilding parking. The main floor has two bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living/dining area, and a covered deck overlooking the ocean. The upper floor has a spacious Master suite, a sunny deck overlooking the beach, and a large covered porch overlooking the sound side. Amenities include: Private strong Wi-Fi, Cable TV's in every bedroom and the living room, DVD, Netflix and Amazon on the living room TV. Remodeled kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, D/W, double oven, MW, two coffee makers (pot and Keurig). Washer/Dryer. Complex has large pool, elevator, direct beach access, picnic areas and grills (no private grills allowed). Restrictions: No parking on site for boats, recreational vehicles or trailers. No pets. Maximum occupancy of 10. This is for families, not college spring break, one renter must be at least 35 years old. Sheets and bath towels are not included. you can bring your own or a contact for rental will be provided after booking. For April through September we are only accepting weekly rentals with Saturday check-in at 4 and check-out by 10. Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was that neither sliding glass door had a screen, so there was no way to keep bugs out of you wanted the door open. Otherwise, the property was in good shape and was just what we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the best time in OIB at Linus’s condo. The unit is wonderfully located, very clean, and the kitchen is stocked. Linus is also very quick with replies. We would absolutely love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Sunrise Coffee for our girl's weekend! The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults & we all slept comfortably. The master bed was especially comfy! The kitchen was equipped to suit our needs & the porches were a fantastic bonus. We've stayed at Windjammer before & the location can't be beat - lots of privacy & just a shory walk to the end of the island. We'd love to visit again for our next getaway!

Right on the beach with carts for hauling your gear to your condo (there's an elevator) or the beach. Nicely decorated. Primary suite is beautiful! Owner was very communicative and helpful.

The vacation was perfect! The only issue we had was the room wasn't ready when we got there. Housekeeping was still cleaning, only delayed about 15 minutes.

We rented this unit as an overflow for extra family members who come down to vacation at our family beach house a few doors down. We have been picking up extra units each year as the family grows. We even had a wedding on the beach last year. The unit is very spacious, clean, well equipped , and well managed. We rented linens and that went smoothly. Two of our 30 something couples stayed there and had plenty of room and privacy to “work from home” on the days they needed to. We had a 6 month old stay and he was very comfy in the new pack-n-play provided. The pool was much cleaner than in previous years. It looked beautiful. We had another family engagement this past weekend! OI wedding fall 2024 scheduled at The Palms we will be reaching out again. Thank you Linus and Jen

This condo is a great place to stay , it’s oceanfront with a wonderful balcony that looks out over the ocean. It’s a short walk to the end of the island for a view of a stunning sunset. With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms it’s perfect for a family vacation.It has everything you need is in a well stocked kitchen and a comfy great room provides for a relaxing fun vacation. We absolutely loved this place. The condo was really nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The inside of the condo and the views from it are beautiful. The location and neighborhood are nice and peaceful. We loved how the beach was a simple walk away. My wife, kids and myself all agree with no doubt this is where we want to go on our beach vacations from now on.

Great property! The views are amazing out of the living room and master bedroom. We enjoyed many beach walks and laying out on the upper balcony. The place is split with privacy upstairs. Amazing master bathroom. My family kept saying it felt like home. Ocean Isle Beach is a very chill community but close to Myrtle Beach if you want more activity. Owner is very kind and communicative. Stay here- You won’t regret it.

This property gets an A+ for the three main things we look for in a vacation rental – it’s clean, it’s comfortable, and it’s right on the beach. The master suite is very nice, and on the second floor with its own balcony overlooking the beach. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, and well separated from each other. There were many nice touches that made getting settled in easy. All the light switches are labeled – no guessing as to what something does. The kitchen is very nice. I particularly enjoyed looking out over the ocean and at the moon and planets with the binoculars. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been vacationing at OIB for 20 years and staying at WJ 3F for most of those years. It really is hands down our favorite place to stay, the perfect size for our family and either grandparents or friends. The upgrades over the past few years make it even better. Love the new master bath! Booking soon for 2023.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in a place on the beach. We are a family of 5. My son and his wife had their own upstairs suite while my husband myself and special needs adult daughter took the 2 downstairs rooms. It was perfect. Owners answered all questions very promptly. Visited for Spring Break 2022. Grandparents with 30-something daughter, SIL, 2 young grandchildren. We all loved the condo. Views were stunning! Nicely furnished. Brought our own bath and kitchen towels, which I didn’t know we’d need to do when I booked. Rented sheets from Angie’s Linens as recommended by owner; that worked perfectly. Absolutely no complaints! Linus was easy, easy, easy to work with!

We loved our stay! This was our fifth rental and Thanksgiving. It was our favorite. I loved the decor. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was plenty of room to watch games on the TV! We loved all the porches! We had a fabulous time and hope to return.

So clean and great location, beautiful beach views and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for families, but we enjoyed a girls beach weekend with plenty of room for everyone. Sunrise Coffee is a new Ocean Isle favorite of ours, we will be back!

This property and manager are FABULOUS! I almost hate to tell people because I'd like it to be available when we want to stay! We have stayed in other units at this complex and this one is by far the most well kept and clean. We loved that the couch allowed for our entire family to watch tv together. The kitchen is well stocked and the Keurig is a nice bonus. The beds are comfortable and the whirlpool tub is a big deal for me personally! Also, not one, not two but THREE balconies! I can't criticize the property at all. Thank you so much for allowing us to make memories in your home!!
