Stay in a private one bedroom cottage with all the amenities! Spacious, private, tree covered yard lets you get away from the busy city life and cool down from sizzling summer temperatures. Sit and relax to the soothing sounds of your own private waterfall. Lots of windows including a skylight in the bedroom to watch the stars at night. UGG robes, fireplace, towel warmer and heated toilet seat to keep you cozy in the winter. Full kitchen, over sized shower, smart TVs in the living area and bedroom. Ethan Allen sofa with fabric ottoman to relax on. Wine rack with complimentary bottle of wine, Keurig coffee machine, and full sized fridge for longer visits. Completely private front yard to relax, read a book, play a game or watch for the deer to wander by! Walking distance from the house to hiking trails including walking up to the Lynx Lake Cafe. Mountain biking on these trails is a favorite! All of this and only 10 minutes from charming downtown Prescott. Five minutes from Costco, Sprouts, Walmart and Trader Joe's for your shopping convenience. Even though you are this close to civilization, on the property you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!! While the Love Shack is attached to our home, it faces a different direction and has its own entrance and yard. It is completely private from our home. Property has high speed internet and streaming services only.

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved the skylight in the bedroom! The bathroom design was really nice and the shower was super spacious. The toilet set was also heated which was a nice feature in November and other winter months! We’d like to stay here again!

We had a great time here and the living quarters were just right for a couple like us. The location is fantastic at the end of a small road that feels very secluded. Check-in and out were very easy and communication between us and the hosts was convenient and prompt. We would highly recommend this lovely rental.

Great place tucked away in a private and quiet area surrounded by the forest and right by the creek. Very relaxing and comfortable stay. Still very close to the attractions in downtown Prescott too! The hosts were very helpful both ahead of our stay and upon arrival. Thank you!

The rental is set in a location that affords privacy yet close to it all. Our hosts were responsive when we inquired about local services. I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. We have been to many different places and this vacation rental was the best. Clean and reasonably priced. Thanks Barbara and Steve!

Loved having a place to come back to after a long day of shopping, hiking, rodeo and other events. It was exactly as advertised and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Prescott area. Steve and Barb have done a wonderful job with their property!

The love shack was beautiful and clean! Short distance to lynx lake and all the restaurants. It’s located down a cult a sac and was peaceful and secluded from the hustle and bustle! The sky light in the bedroom was a nice feature to lay and watch the stars at night. The owners were friendly and accommodating, offering kayaks for the lake for convenience. I would stay again for sure. Thanks for the great experience for my Father’s Day trip with my daughter.

We Hiked right from the LoveShack a big plus for me. It is Close to downtown but far enough away to be very quiet at night. The host was very responsive. I will be looking to stay here again when we visit our son in the future.

The Love Shack was very enjoyable and we had a great time. All the necessities were available and the ambiance was very soothing. Barbara was very helpful with any questions we had. The road to the house is a dead end, so there wasn't hardly any traffic. The nights were very quiet. Barbara was very accommodating to allow us to bring our Siberian Huskies who thoroughly enjoyed the completely fenced yard. Everything was exactly how described and then some. You won't be disappointed.

Only complaint cleaning was substandard. Needs more attention to dusting wood blinds, ceiling fans and oven could use alot more TLC. However, beyond beautiful, clever touches with water fall both inside and out. Entire setting is Fantastic. Thank you for the memories.

Loved our time at this very quaint, comfortable, fun cottage in the woods. Or hosts were simply great! We were able to go on beautiful walks everyday and were close to all the fun things to do in Prescott and Prescott Valley. If you just want to hang out, relax, enjoy the trees and forest and be nice and cozy, this is the place for you😉.
