The hotel is in a quiete, little village, next to the forest. Big room. There's also a playing zone and wellness space. The meals are buffet style, variated enough.
There IS no complementary water with the dinner service. Part of the wellness zone was closed, only one sauna was working.

Staff is extremely gentle and professional, very friendly. The commom space is great. The food is delicious.
The playground for the kids (both inside and in the garden) are not in good shape (should be maintained, it would be beautiful).
The rooms are getting a bit outdated (old furnitures, retro design in some areas)

The hotel is located in a very quiet area next to the forest. There is a good facility for children to play and for adults to enjoy the spa area.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The room that we stayed in was outdated with showers doors not working properly
Mosquito nets should be fitted in every room so that bugs cannot fly in ( as the hotel is next to a forest)

Excellent food. Great customer service and nice staff. If you're looking for a simple hotel with a good location and excellent food quality and selection, this is the place.
No elevator. Jacuzzies were always occupied. Community rooms were tiny, and games were worn off. If you're looking for a wellness hotel, look for something else.

"Big rooms, location in green area. The dinner was a buffet and very good variety of tasty foods. The typical continental breakfast was also good. Saunas and hot tubs ok with a pool."
