Friendly front staff, especially Dorina. Close proximity to the castle which allowed us to return mid day in the heat and relax a bit. Close in parking under the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and air conditioning which beat the heat!

High standard. The apartments and rooms which we were accomodated in were very clean and well equipped. The hotel is located in an ideal place, next to the castle, in 5 min walk to the swimming pool and to the main market squere. It is a quiet and peaceful place where you can get rest and enjoy your time in Eger. The breakfests served at Macok restaurant are fresh and testy. There is an underground garage available to park the car - additionally paid. We visited Eger this year again and the whole family could not imagine staying somewhere else, but only in Imola Hotel. Thank you to the whole Team, especially the lady from the reception who took a special care of our daughter who felt unwell at the leaving day.
