Located in Del Mar, this attractive house for $950 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Home is centered in the heart of Del Mar, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, Del Mar Racetrack, and more. With an ocean view from the main living area, back patio, master bedroom, and grassy front yard, this home is ideal for relaxing and celebrating life in a setting suited for singles and families. Throughout the home, you will find open vaulted ceilings above classy, comfy furnishings flowing with a sand and sea theme creating it's own unique vibe. For ultimate comfort, ceiling fans hang in each room complimenting the air conditioning. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and digital washer and dryer for the ease of being at your own home. The upstairs master is home to an exceptionally comfortable heavenly king size bed, sea colored Berber carpeting, saturated by closet and storage space. The upstairs bathroom is attached to the master, it has a beautiful spacious granite counter top, sand tiled flooring with a separated custom shower to open your days and eyes in style and close your days with soothing surroundings to melt you into bed. The 2nd bedroom nestles a cozy queen sized bed, fit for a queen. Sea colored Berber carpeting, with lots of closet space and a privacy wall outside the window, this room is a sweet sleeper! The 3rd bedroom is home to a full/full bunk bed with a twin trundle sitting atop sea stained Berber carpeting, accompanied by roomy closets. The f/f/t bunk/trundle provides plenty of room for kids but large and comfortable enough to accommodate the groups too! The downstairs shared bathroom is situated between bedroom 2 and 3, making it perfect for sharing. It presents a granite counter top, sand tiled floor sealed with a shower/bath combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms are sure to bring gratitude and comfort to all the days of your stay, no matter which side you get out of bed!

Property equals or exceeds all positive promises. Location, location, location. Ocean views from deck, master bedroom and front yard. Short walk to oceanfront parks and beach and one block walk to varied restaurants. House is well equipped and instructions comprehensive so that we had little reason to call on manager. Lauren was very responsive to all pre arrival questions.

Ideal location for a beach vacation. Very short walk (5 mins) to playground and beach and only a block away from shops and restaurants. Lauren was a great host and quickly responded to any questions or needs. Kitchen is very well stocked and Lauren has provided everything you need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, towels, etc).

Our family enjoyed our stay in this adorable Del Mar home. The owner is very nice and quick to respond when needed. She owns the attached home on the back side as well as this front home. It is an attached two unit property. The walk is a short one to all the restaurants and beach spots that we have loved over the years. It was great to visit beautiful Del Mar again. Don’t forget to spend time in the comfortable hammock out front.

Definitely one of the most well stocked places that we have stayed at. Probably the only thing that you need to bring extra are chairs and an umbrella. The area was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Del Mar Getaway
Our stay was great. Check in was easy, host was helpful and responsive but never intrusive, and the location is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Dedicated parking makes things easy and the house was well equipped. We'll be back for sure!

Super easy to communicate with Lauren and the house is like the photos. The beds are comfy and it’s nice to relax on the porch. There is a bonus hammock in the front yard!

The interior decoration is beautiful. One of the best spots is outside on the deck, where you can see down the street to the ocean and wonderful sunsets. Only 5-7 minutes away is good access to the beach and a great dog park. Lauren was a good communicator both before and during our stay over Christmas week.

Fun in the sun
We had a lovely escape to Del Mar this Christmas. The house was bright and charming and we love the in town location. Also, two blocks from the walk down to the beach on 11th street!!

We enjoyed being so close to downtown Del Mar. The beach is just a ways down the street, so convenient! Also, it's so quiet.
