In the second room there is another king-size bed and plenty of storage space. There is also a set of child-size twin bunk beds in the hallway as well as a sofabed available. Work on your short game at the on-site putting green, then go scuba diving with a expert instructor. Go paddleboarding and treat everyone to a night out at Pineapple Willy's. Overall, I was happy with my stay. Place could’ve been a little bit more updated and freshened, paint, finishes, better pillows and mattresses etc. However, we had a lot of difficulty with the television, trying to operate multiple remotes and could never watch or play what we wanted which was difficult with young children, also with checking the news and weather... But above average and I am thankful.

our daughters paid for us to have a weekend at the beach for our 25 wedding anniversary and our youngest daughter even got engaged while we were on this trip! Everything was nice in the condo. The wifi didn't work when we got there but the property manager fixed the problem right way. Our last night there the air stopped working but thank God for ceiling fans. Overall the condo was very nice and just as listed. The little hiccups we had didn't bother us at all and of course we always love staying at LTW and will definetly stay again.

The unit was just as pictured. The parking garage makes the process of getting too and from the room even on the 9th floor. The ocean was super clear and one of the best experiences I have had in the many years in PCB. I highly recommend this time of year. One of the locals told me this is typically clearer water this time of year.

Everything was just like the pics on the website.me and my family enjoyed our stay.the only thing was the 9th floor was too high for me 😂😂 but as long as the kids loved it I was ok and the view was nice and everything was right there right across the street from pineapple Willy’s.we just had to drive to pier park

Good location, nice outside amenities such as the pools, the light show, and the restaurants attached. The condo needs more attention in detail cleaning, such as the windows, the tile flooring and the carpet. Also, the walls could use a new coat of paint and the mattress in the master bedroom was lumpy and very uncomfortable, but overall we had a good time.

Thanks to Hurricane Michael our family was displaced while our home was being repaired. Both Vacasa management and the owner of 928 were very accommodating to our situation. This room sits right on the turn so you can get a glimpse of the ocean from the front door while catching beautiful sunrises and the light show from the balcony. It is also very close to the main lobby elevators which is great for quick pool access.

Very nice unit. Would have been 5 star but kitchen ware was poor and could not provide flatware for 4 people. Some minor damage and toaster replacement made for a rough start, but these were resolved immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in PCB. When we arrived the condo was clean and ready to go. The decor was nice and the views are great. It is centrally located, we were directly across the street from the beach and close to a lot of great restaurants and gift shops. We enjoyed a trip to Saint Andrews and Shell Island located near by. There are some good places to eat right at The Laketown Wharf Resort, Juan Taco and The Wharf Buffet. We had a great week and can't wait to go back!

This property was OK overall - spacious condo, reasonably comfortable, great pools, quick walk from the beach & close to shops/restaurants. Not the best place I’ve booked at the beach, but not the worst either. However, we will never rebook at this location due to the elevators, which were incredibly slow, resulting in long (up to 40 minute) waits during high traffic times. Thankfully we were only on the 9th floor so used the stairs much of the time, but were stuck waiting when we had groceries, the beach cart, etc. I felt terrible for guests staying on higher floors.

I love the condo, it accommodated all our needs. Everything was walking distance. My only complaint was the elevators were horrible. Sometimes I had to wait close to an hour. But my condo was awesome. Can’t wait for the next stay!! Thanks

I must say that I was extremely disappointed in this condo. This was my first HomeAway renting experience and it was not a good one. We checked in at 145 on our checknin day and the “cleaning crew” was still in the property. At 2 o’clock, he turned over the property to us, only for us to find a dirty kitchen, mold in the bath tub, dirty sheets with hair in the sheets, hair on the bath towels, dried food on the kitchen utensils, and stains all throughout the carpet. We called the management company 4 times and still have yet to get a call back. On the second day the second bathroom developed a clog in the sink and we notified the property who directed us to the property management company. Again we got no call back and the issue was never resolved. The couple had to use the kitchen sink to brush their teeth to avoid overflowing the bathroom sink. We paid hundreds of dollars in a cleaning fee for the condo to be nasty when we used it. What is that money going to? Some serious care needs to be made to providing a clean space for guests. I had to wash all the towels, wash cloths and sheets after I bathed my toddler daughter and she had hair all over her body that was not hers. I was mortified and extremely upset. I am still waiting for a call back and hopefully a refund of my cleaning charges at the very least. Elevators are old and sloooooowwww. Couches are stained and made of cloth— maybe leather would be a better option for a rental unit.

The unit was okay, I paid for sleeping arrangements for 8 and had to go buy and air mattress because the sofa bed was not safe to sleep on. The Elevators are AWFUL! Waited as long as 45 min. for elevator. Ridiculous!

What I sent to the rental place ....We are in . Just a few things . Not sure why we couldn’t check in early as the room was not cleaned good at all. Popcorn under the table , chips on the floor, the floor by the refrigerator is all sticky as something obviously Spilled and was not cleaned up, a hair roller under the bed, stuff all over the bathroom mirror, master shower was not cleaned , one of the long pieces of the shade is broken and behind the couch. The light is burnt out above master bathtub. We had to wash the bowls/cups as they were not clean. . I am actually very disappointed on how dirty the place was , on reading the reviews it sounded as thou it was a very clean place . I would consider this place a two star rating. I guess you can’t go off the reviews.

Enjoyed our stay at Laketown Wharf. Close to everything, and a really amazing view of the strip and resort lake. Vacasa (rental company) does need to work on communication and quality of housekeeping staff, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean, we had one minor issue and I called Vacasa and they contacted the property manager who was very nice and issue was immediately resolved (which was on me because I wasn't sure how the air opperated lol) the only downfall is the location is across the road from beach although easily accessible! Wonderful stay!

Overall it was a good unit and worth the price. Couple minor issues such as the A/C going off when the balcony door opens which we did not know and caused our first couple hours to be uncomfortable. Also the rest of the trip we had to keep checking to make sure the balcony doors were closed. The refrigerator electronics were a little hard to get to work (water dispenser didn't work at first). Also the clothes washer sounds like an airplane taking off (annoying). But would stay here again and the property was very nice (especially the pools).

This particular unit was nice and clean. However I'm not sure if I will stay at the resort again. The facility is very nice but became very crowded, that corner can get crowded with pineapple willys across the street, as well as the beach access right there (we had better luck walking to the public beach access on the other side). The parking deck was confusing and elevator wait times were long towards the end of our trip. The amentities are great though, loved all the pools. Overall it's a nice condo and Ive always had very good expierences working with Vacasa but if you are looking for a quiet/calm area I would head further down to the other end of the beach.
