Beautiful condo and very clean! Steve was great to work with on our one small issue that was not in anyone’s control. The communication was great on the days prior to arrival. Loved the separate ice maker just for the coolers! Thanks for sharing your condo and look forward to staying again. We have stayed at Majestic several times and definitely one of our favorite condos.

This was my first visit to Panama City Beach. Steve an awesome host, very responsive and infornative. The condo had a beautiful view of the beach, where you are steps from jet ski & beach chair rentals. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The other bonus was that it was walking distance or a short lyft to plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. I'd highly recommend staying here. The condo was also pretty spacious for 6 adults, we all had our own space.

We had a great stay at this condo. We had a few issues when we first arrived ( floor sticky, only one parking pass) but Steve ( owner) took care of everything very quickly. Communication was very good. I loved the bed in the master bedroom--so comfortable. The only negative would be that the TV in the living room was not a smart TV so at night we didn't have much to watch on TV. All in all, I would recommend this condo.

Beautiful view of the gulf! Kitchen is perfect for cooking big meals for family and friends. Beds are comfortable. Very clean! We had a great time and will return again!!! Thank you!!!

Great views of Gulf from this fifth floor condo with nice rockers, Adirondack chairs on the lanai. Well-stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare our favorite meals. Ice-maker in refrigerator made plenty of ice for frozen drinks and our cooler. Only thing missing were sand chairs for the beach, so we purchased them at nearby Walmart then donated them to the condo for use by future guests. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels and clean throughout. We would definitely stay here again. Only disappointment was the double red flags on the beach which meant we were not allowed to go in the water due to dangerous rip currents. There were 9 drownings and over 75 rescues the week of our stay in June. They are serious when it comes to safety.

Everything was amazing from checking in to checking out to the cleanliness of the room. Everything overall was amazing. From the owner being understanding, granting us a late check out because our flight came in so late the first night and on our last night our flight left late that evening. He was very understanding I would definitely stay there again.

My mom and two sisters had the best girls trip here! The condo was great and the location was perfect. We loved the patio and were able to see dolphins a couple of mornings which was awesome! We never had to wait for the elevator long and everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t want to go back home.

This property was incredibly clean, well-appointed, and inviting. The view was amazing. We were able to grocery shop just down the road and leveraged the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Everything was nearby, but once you settle in you will find more reasons to not go out and just enjoy the sound of the waves in your little slice of heaven. Great owner communication owner before, during, and after our stay. 100% recommend.

I cannot say enough about Steve being so kind and helping me with very quick responses. The condo is so nice and spacious. The balcony was awesome and roomy, the fighter jets were cool to see and we saw several dolphins! The movie theater on Tuesday and Thursday was an added bonus. SO many pools and hot tubs made it enjoyable when needing out of the sand. The location is great now far from anything you need or want to be entertained by. Will definitely be staying here again!

This was our first time in Panama City Beach and it was everything we hoped it would be!! The condo was perfect for our family. We have two high schoolers and a middle schooler so the layout of the beds in the 3 bedrooms was exactly what we needed.
The furniture was comfortable, the table was big enough for us all to sit down and eat and also play cards & other games. We used the oven to cook a few times so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. The entire ambiance of the condo was beautiful, but the balcony was our favorite. The chairs were so comfortable and there was enough for all 5 of us to be out there at the same time if we wanted. My husband and I spent the majority of our time out there. We even were able to watch dolphins in the morning.
I loved being on the 5th floor so it was high enough for gorgeous views, but I felt safe. Very convenient with its proximity to the elevators and parking.
We stayed at the beginning of spring break and were able to enjoy the somewhat quiet side of everything, and then saw how busy it gets when college kids hit the town. It didn’t affect our stay at all, but gave us some extra entertainment and we expected it to be loud - which it really wasn’t. The weather was beautiful, better than it was predicted which was a very nice surprise.
Will definitely be planning another trip back and this would be our first choice to stay!! We didn’t have any issues, but Steve was very responsive throughout.

Our stay was a wonderful experience! Everything was as described and we had plenty of room for our large family! We were able to give our children(biological, adopted and foster) a Christmas memory they will never forget! We had so much room in the kitchen and all the tools needed to make cookies and Christmas breakfast! Santa was even able to find us and leave all the toys and goodies! The beach was beautiful, even though it was sooo cold! Thanks so much! ♥️The Frieze Family

We would definitely recommend this condo to rent. We stay at Majestic every year and have stayed in all types of condos. This is definitely a nicer one for sure. I know the owner recently purchased this condo, so my only recommendations would be to add more kitchen supplies and a more comfy couch. Everything else was great! Thanks for having us and I look forward to booking again!

A great stay in PCB
The condo was as described. The beds were comfortable, everything we used worked as expected and the views were wonderful. Steve was great to work with. If you rent this condo, you won't be disappointed. But please, treat it as your own so it remains nice for others.

Perfect Beach Getaway!
We had an amazing time in PCB at this 5th floor unit on the beach! Steve was responsive to any questions and needs before and during our stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach life. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at Majestic . Condo was perfect size with 3bedroom and master was surprisingly big with vanity area and large walking closet and soaking tub. Being on 5th floor was great location, not to low or high, no wait ever for elevator. Condo had TV in each room and board games for kids to play although we didn’t use as we had perfect weather to be on beach all day.
Lots of activities for kids with 4 pools, hot tubs , movie theater and game room with pool, ping pong and fooseball. Only down side was that they don’t give you any extra toilet paper , paper towels or dish soap. With 5 people staying for 4 days we ran out TP on day 3. Also had buy shampoo/conditioner and sugar for coffee.
