Located in Long Beach, this attractive condo for $159 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 7th Floor condo in tower 2 with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This large condo comfortably sleeps 8 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. The oceanfront master bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunkbed. The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. We had a great stay and were able to have a great Christmas breakfast and the picnic table outside was perfect for dining on the balcony! The kitchen had everything we needed! Very nice stay

This is the first condo we have stayed in that had everything we needed. So nice to have kitchen necessities. We fixed Thanksgiving dinner and had all the dishes and pans we needed. The beds were very comfortable. My grandsons loved the bunk beds. There were a few downsides, one was the hot water ranout fast while showering, so the next person had to wait. The other was the lady above who told us she could be loud as she wanted at any time, even yelling and jumping around with music very loud at 1am. Then told us we should go home because we were just tourist. She was pretty rude. And if you are very big you have a hard time in the queen bedroom getting around the dresser and bed. But over all the view is beautiful and the Condo was very clean.

Had an amazing time, the weather was perfect no rain the whole week!!! The condo was very nice, had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bed rooms... The only complaint I would say is there was some mold In hallway bathroom on ceiling and baseboard but that has to be pretty common being so close to the water.... The room was very clean and nice would definitely stay again and highly recommend !!!

Overall this Condo was perfect for the whole family. First time staying on front beach road as this is usually the most crowed street. Even tho the parking is across the street (3rd floor Walkway), you can exit out the garage to the side street and off the main road which is a plus.
Condo could use a little upgrading, but it’s perfect for our needs as we dont spend much time in the room. Water pressure is a little too high (especially if you are burnt) and can’t be adjusted.
Elevators are extremely fast as we waited no more than 1 min.
We didnt have to communicate with the management much as we didnt have any issues with our stay. They did answer all questions promptly prior to staying.
Majestic Tower 2 overall is very well maintained and clean. Can’t say much for Tower 1 as we didnt go to that side much other than to the pool a couple times.
We will stay here again!!

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! Very cozy and comfy. 3 bedroom was perfect for my husband and myself, daughter and son in law and 3 granddaughters. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots & pans. It didn’t have pot holders, so we bought some and left them there. We like to cook in! We would highly recommend this place. It was nice to walk to restaurants and shopping also

My friends and I all loved staying here. The room itself was very nice. Had tons of room for 6 girls. The building was in the most perfect location. Walking distance to many things. Security was always around and the building was nice and accessible to people staying. We loved also loved the restaurant/bar that was by the pool. Would definitely stay again

We liked the condo and the location. The condo has everything in the kitchen( utensils) you need if you are buying foood to cook.
The only thing i have to say is that whatever company they are using to clean the condo it’s not doing their jobs. That floor hasn’t been cleaned for a loooong time. Within 5 minutes of you are walking barefoot your feet turns black. You can see thick dust everywhere. There were splashes of greese on the kitchen mirror. And other things. I think you guys should check the condo between cleaning too before another family arrives.
Anyways thats the only thing i have to complain about the condo.

We had an amazing time at the Majestic. The pools were spotless, the bar was awesome and the ocean was beautiful! Our room was clean and comfortable! When we come to PCB again, we definitely will be staying here :)

Stayed 2 months! Cookware is worn but still works. Master bed is uncomfortable but didn't cause major issues. Other than those things, we love this unit and booked again for next year before we even checked out this year!

Awful. Parking pass was not left at condo. When it was finally delivered, the individual entered the room while we were sleeping, unannounced, and left it on the counter. This was after trying to set up a delivery time and not getting an answer on when they could come. Felt like an invasion of privacy. This also caused problems with our parking experience. Desperate need of repairs/updates/housekeeping. Condo was dirty upon arrival. We had to sweep/mop floors and vacuum the rugs as they were visibly dirty with crumbs and dirt. Floors were visibly dirty black. Fans were caked with dust and kitchen mats were filthy black. Had to scrub the mats the best we could. Had to buy new shower curtain due to it being moldy and mildewy. Lightbulbs were out and broken, TP holders that didn’t stay on wall. Dining chair broken and upholstery on chair was ripped and coming off. Microwave was duct taped together. Dryer was rusted inside and out. For the price people pay for this condo I would expect more. All these repairs and the housekeeping could have easily been done/afforded seeing as the condo was booked all summer. I have pictures also if anyone needs to see. Do not recommend this unit.

My husband and two kids stayed at this property and we had a wonderful stay! Anytime we had questIons the property owner got back with us promptly. The condo was spacious and the view was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to stay at Edge Water room 813. As soon as we entered the room it was like going back in time. Old nasty and although advertised as newly remodeled it was not!!!! I contacted Rebecca with the booking company and sent pics. She had us moved and at the Majestic in room 705 with in 30 min. I was immediately relived as soon as we walked into this condo. Very well cared for and clean and modern. I appreciated them listening to me and understanding how I felt paying what I paid and walking into that horrific condo and making things right so quickly. These are private owned and I understand that you can monitor them all. I highly recommend this room at Majestic!!!! Thanks again Rebecca!!!

We checked in on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Upon arrival there were peanuts scattered throughout the condo. They were on the floor in different places, as well as under couch cushions. This was very concerning due to the fact that I have a young child with peanut allergies. There was no broom to be found anywhere in the condo. In fact, when I opened the closet in the laundry room where the air return was, the air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in a year. There was a pack of new filters open right beside it, so I changed it out myself. The mirrors were dirty and there was sand all over the balcony furniture including on top of the table. There was also broken glass on the balcony. One of the kitchen chairs was broken as well as a leg on one of the living room chairs. My wife emailed the property management company as it said to do, but received no response. By Tuesday, 3 days into our vacation, I called and spoke to someone at the property management company who stated they would have someone come out and attend to the cleanliness issues as well as a terrible noise that was constantly coming from a vent in one of the bedrooms, making it impossible to sleep. Again, this is Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday, the day before our departure. Two men finally shows up with a broom for us and to look at the noise coming from the vent. We tried to be cordial and asked for a partial refund, but again no response. We paid over $4,000 for the week to stay in the condo. It’s sad that customer service has come to this. This review could have all been avoided if someone had just got back with us and rectified the situation.

This condo is located in such a convenient spot, right outside the elevator. It’s decorated beautifully and the color choices are soft and soothing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the patio was set up so nicely! Unfortunately if you are much of a clean-freak, you probably won’t be able to handle it. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning products and clean it myself as soon as we arrived. It was filthy when you looked closely. Our feet were sticking to the kitchen floor and when I looked there was something spilled all over it and hair/crumbs stuck in it. The glass doors were coated in smears and hand prints. Mold and gooey gunk in the shower. Sand everywhere. The microwave is duct taped, the dishwasher is hanging on by a thread. I have lots of pictures. That being said, if the cleaning crew was better and someone would put just a little TLC into this unit to repair a few things, it would be a GEM!

Our family of 5 stayed here February 2022. The condo is nicely decorated yet what I would consider durable. The furniture is not brand new and the dining chairs show wear and tear. This was perfect considering we have 3 children ages 2-6. The kitchen was decently furnished, we brought our own air fryer for cooking. Next time I would bring my 9x13 baking dish. We picked this condo based on the balcony and it did not disappoint! The furniture is as pictured a and we loved it! We watched dolphins a few times, the kids played puzzles and ate meals at the table. I lounged and read a book. It’s was perfect! The unit is directly next to the elevator and across from the trash shoot which was very convenient. The resort as a whole was well maintained. We grabbed Starbucks once downstairs, enjoyed the indoor pools several times. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and we had a ton of fun! Walmart is conveniently right down the street. Wonder Works was a big hit and close enough to see from the walkover between the garage and tower. We had fun at Pier Park a couple of times! Paula Dean’s was delicious! We had a blast at The Milkshake Yard! The Ferris Wheel and mini ropes course made for fun memories! Overall, we were impressed with Majestic Towers as a whole this time of year. The unit itself will most likely need some updating in the future but we found it perfect for our family and for our stay. We arrived and left with big smiles and can’t wait to return!

ZERO information in the room on resort amenities. We had to talk to a security guard to find out where everything was and how it worked. Was only left 1 parking pass for a 3 bedroom. Called ECDI to request a 2nd one and the lady was pretty ugly thinking I wanted a third. They finally brought me a 2nd one for our other party. Does lack a few basic kitchen things such as casserole pan, dish washing cloth, but all and all decently covered. Tip: An airfryer would be a great addition. Also, the kids bunkbed room is pretty small. It had a DVD player, but it does not work. We tried it in several rooms. Finally we went and bought one at Walmart for ourselves.

FINAL: Overall we loved our vacation. Yes there are things that weren't right or not 100%, but I have yet to ever find a place that was. We would stay here again with a few tweaks to what we bring and our timing.

Condo not as clean as it needed to be. Table chairs and stools ripped. Outdated and worn in general. Rental beach furniture needed repairs or replaced. Master shower had mold. Not enough elevators for the number of condos in the complex. Waited as much as 30 minutes for an elevator.

Overall the unit was exactly as described. The beds included sofa bed were comfortable and we loved the balcony chairs and table. The cleaning was basic, floors, bedding, but we had to clean the showers before we could use, the shower head was covered in mildew. One of the interior table chairs was torn and most moldings were cracked, so it does need a little more maintenance. Also, this unit was in tower 2, but all the extra amenities like food, market, Starbucks is all in tower 1. Also, security frequently shut down the pools for possible storms vs. actual storms in the area or closed them an hour early. With four kids this was frustrating.

Overall the unit was exactly as described. The beds included sofa bed were comfortable and we loved the balcony chairs and table. The cleaning was basic, floors, bedding, but we had to clean the showers before we could use, the shower head was covered in mildew. One of the interior table chairs was torn and most moldings were cracked, so it does need a little more maintenance. Also, this unit was in tower 2, but all the extra amenities like food, market, Starbucks is all in tower 1. Also, security frequently shut down the pools for possible storms vs. actual storms in the area or closed them an hour early. With four kids this was frustrating.

As many state about the Majestic Properties, elevators are a challange most days. This condo is nice. The patio is a nice size. But if the condo sleeps 8 there should be more seating on it. Only 2 nice chairs, 1 lounger that takes up alot of space. The patio table is nice for eating but not for enjoying the view. The master shower had mold and grime in it and its obvious there isnt alot of attention to the spray head anx left corner. It was so molded we couldnt adjust the spray pattern. The condo only had 6 towels which meant we had to wash towels every time we took a shower. The master pillows fit the king size bed well. Bad part was a pillow case didnt fit the pillow and had no cover on it. Over all this is a rental and we understand it gets a lot of use. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Not the best rental.
Condo not as clean as it needed to be. Table chairs and stools ripped. Outdated and worn in general. Rental beach furniture needed repairs or replaced. Master shower had mold. Not enough elevators for the number of condos in the complex. Waited as much as 30 minutes for an elevator.
