Luxury at the Wharf was recently fully renovated! The unit features beautiful views of the lake, obstructed views of the ocean, as well as NEW furniture!
Luxury at the Wharf was decorated and designed with its vacationers in mind! The bunk alcove is perfect for the Kids! Each bed is provided with their own TV making it easy for them to watch their favorite shows! The open concept living room provides plenty of gathering space to be together! Whether you are cooking or relaxing on the couch you can all be together.

The resort itself offers five resort-style pools (including a zero-edge family pool, a lagoon pool, a rooftop pool, an island pool on the lake, and a kids' play pool). In addition, this condo is centrally located to multiple main attractions. The rental provides a fully equipped kitchen, an open layout, and a private balcony.

Over all was a good vacation and rental. We arrive a lot earlier than expected was given an early check in to accommodate the early arrival.If anything negative could be said it would be the elevators.

The condo was great and was exactly how described. Quick walk to the beach and was very clean when we arrived. Location was good as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again

My family and I had a great time. The only issues I do have is I didn’t have the right passes we paid for to enter the swimming pools and other amenities until it was almost time for us to leave. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The property was clean but only the kitchen (well stocked) and bathrooms were renovated. The furniture was old and worn along with all sofa pillows. Furniture was old and worn as well. The rugs were old and worn. Rug in master suite was not stuck to the floor and I tripped over the corner several times. I was never able to speak to anyone at Blue Sewell (host). I left several voicemails and no one ever returned my call. Parking was crowded so had to drive around to search for parking. The elevators in the building were crowded so there was always a wait to get one. On Checkin date north elevators were broke and only 1 south elevator worked. The Property is dated needs painting and many renovations. I will NOT stay there again.
