If you're looking for activities for all ages, there are a variety to choose from in the area. And don't forget the amazing sunsets to be enjoyed in the evenings, right from your balcony! They paint a beautiful picture for you to admire, as you spend time reflecting on the day. OVERVIEW This centrally located vacation rental makes it an ideal location for a family beach getaway. There are numerous types of dining/restaurants for you to choose from and many that are within walking distance. We are just minutes from Kooky Coconut, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Pier 60 Park & Playground, Sand Key Park, Beach Art Center, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and much, much more! THE LIVING SPACE Our spacious 1150sf - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor unit sleeps 5 comfortably. You will find every room filled with the little details that make you feel right at home. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. A Pack n Play is also available, if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your getaway. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas providing you with a view of the beach. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your private balcony, which is accessible from the living room. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. We really have tried to think of everything so that you don't have to. We want this to feel like home so that you can step away from the busyness of life and just relax. GUEST ACCESS There is a storage unit that holds beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for you and your family. Beach towels are available in the unit. Wireless internet provided. There is also a smart TV which gives you access to your Netflix, Youtube and other online accounts. This is very useful on those not so sunny days at the beach. Propane BBQ grill available on the patio. There are 2 open-garage parking spaces on site with this unit. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS You will find a manual on the kitchen island that includes instructions for the unit, where items are located, restaurants, attractions, internet password and other information you will need. Our community has three units. If you see a neighbor, say "Hello" and please remember, you will be vacationing in a residential area. Be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. I booked this for my BFF of 25 years and her 5 year old son as a short relaxing beach get away. The home was tucked away off a small side street in a small town, beachy area of Indian Rocks beach. The property owner was very kind and accommodating and we met the property manager at check in as well. He was kind and very proud of the property and eager to show us around. The home was spotless clean and did have good amenities and a few items to get us started such as some coffee and filters, some dish pockets and laundry soap, we used some and left some replacement items as we were appreciative of the courteous items. The home had nice bedding and pillows, lots of fluffy towels, kitchen supplies and lots of space to relax. We did spend some time drinking wine at the porch before bed, and coffee first thing each morning. The beach was "a stone's throw away" and we were there several times a day searching for treasures. The one surprise was how friendly the locals are, above and beyond in kindness and so many people stopped to talk and offer treats to my friends son (daily). We had a few day excursions during the day, so many options all within 15 minutes to an hour drive. Groceries, liquor and pharmacy all within 5 minute drive. We hope to return to the same home and area year after year as this was one of our favorite trips ever!

We had a great time! Location is our favorite. Steps to the beach. Right next to Kooky Coconuts Restaurant and several others near by. Small town vibe. Beach isn't crowded. We love every part of it. This was our third time and we're already planning the next trip.

Truly beautiful property that overlooked a peaceful, quiet, gorgeous beach. We are in our late 50's and didn't want to spend the days with teens/party crowd and this was perfect. Ocean waves were all we heard at night sitting on patio! We will be back for sure!

I’m honestly not even someone who usually leaves reviews on things - but I hope my review will help someone scrolling properties make a final decision. So here goes…
The hosts - When you book a VRBO, you aren’t just booking a property… who you book with can really impact your trip… and it actually saved our trip this time. Our trip was booked well in advance… And then a Hurricane hit Florida. Kelley not only messaged me multiple times a day to keep me updated, but she also let me know when the airport shut down and opened up, AND she offered to let me move our trip if I wanted so we could have the best vacation possible. And we did… we only had to move it by a day, but we had the best family vacation ever. I was kind of freaking out and almost canceled, but Kelley was so helpful and had me wait and see. She saved our vacation.
THE PROPERTY -
If you’ve been looking at enough properties, you’re probably thinking - what’s actually on the beach? Let me tell you - this is actually on the beach. It’s a 3 unit property and you’ll get 2 parking spots all 2 yourself so you don’t have to deal with parking issues. And you are legit steps from the beach. So easy with kids!! And Kelley has a storage closet for you with chairs, umbrellas, and sand castle toys (we added a lot to that collection). Oh and boogie boards!!
The unit itself is like having a full 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to yourself. And it just feels clean. We already can’t wait to come back.

My best friend and her daughter joined my daughter and I for a quick girls trip. We enjoyed our trip greatly. The kitchen was fantastic, so we weren't eating out every meal, the rooms were spacious, and the use of beach gear was a great perk. The only downside was the noise from the people above us. They weren't excessively loud; I think there is just poor insulation between floors. When the people were walking back and forth to the bedrooms you could hear every step. If you are sensitive to noises it may be a nuisance, but it wasn't enough to ruin our trip.

Unit was excellent. Literally steps to the water. Easy access throughout the day to go back and forth. Kelley was extremely fast to answer any questions we had. Lovely area to chill out and unwind. Tons of local eateries to chooses from. Short drive to Jon’s pass and to Clearwater. Drive to and from airport was very quick also. I would highly recommend!!

We were amazed by the size of yhe rental. Very roomy, it is a major plus having 2 full baths when you have 5 adults staying. The views are amazing. You are in walking distance to a few resteraunts and shops which is a plus as well. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting IRB again.

We’ve stayed in this condo before and hope to return. The unit has everything you need to make your stay comfortable inside and for the beach. The view is spectacular. Communication with the property manager and the renting process, let’s me just say, these folks have it figured out, and it was much appreciated! The only complaint for this unit is that the 2 twin beds are extremely hard. Bed in master bedroom is very comfortable!

We loved our time at Kelley’s condo. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, coffee and Kookie Coconut! My only complaint is that the beds could be more comfortable. We would stay here again!

We found the property as described with a wonderful view of the gulf. We appreciated the games, which we played. The location was quiet with only residential traffic. Because it was December, several of the restaurants we were interested in were closed for repairs, but we were able to cook at night, running to a local fish monger for excellent fish. The Wi-Fi was good. Definitely a good location for quiet down time with friends and family, but you do need to drive for activities.

Beautiful quiet beach close to the condo making it easy to carry beach gear including umbrellas, chairs and toys for the kids that is provided in the locked storage area dedicated to each unit. The condo is clean, spacious and communication with the property manager and maintenance could not be better.

What an amazing place! Extremely clean, spacious, well equipped with every single kitchen item that a family can think of needing during a stay, beautiful sunset views, the master bedroom even has a sleep number mattress.
The manager Kelley was always very responsive and also Larry and Nancy that help take care of the property were delightful.
Highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure!

Great vacation
Loved staying here. It was really clean and beautiful. The location and beach were perfect. The beach was never crowded and the traffic wasn’t bad. Kooky Coconut is right around the corner. I also recommend Jakes Coastal Cantina for good mexican food. We visited the Florida Botanical Gardens. It was really pretty. We also went to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary and I can’t forget mini golf at Smugglers Cove. It was a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved watching the sunsets from the balcony. Having the beach right out the back door was amazing! The closet was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boards. Only complaint was the rude people above us. They woke us up and kept us up with their stomping.

We love the location in the view of this property it was super clean! As reading the previous reviews on noise it was absolutely terrible and so loud! The upstairs neighbors were up at 4:30 every morning and it sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. The first night when we got there we had to clean up beer bottles from the upstairs neighbors that were broken all over the walkway. Like I said the location is great in the view is great but if you are going on vacation to relax and want to sleep this is not the place for you! We left the place cleaner then whenever we got there and now are getting blamed for a couch issue that we never used except to sit on!

The TV was far less than acceptable, way too small and the quality was not very good. I am renting the place next year, the unit next to it, but I am hoping the furniture, coldness and TV is much better or we probably will find another place in 2024! Thank you!

Overall, we had a nice time.

Wow! Our getaway to the Clearwater Beach area was amazing, and staying in this rental unit the icing on the cake. The unit is right on the beach and sunsets from the balcony were a highlight of our trip.
Pros:
* Very clean unit
* Everything we needed was in the unit - from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and umbrella
* Great little take out place on the corner - Kooky Coconuts makes killer Cuban sandwiches and has a large variety of ice cream
* The trolley stop is one block away - we didn't have a vehicle so this was very convenient and important for us
* A small grocery store is in walking distance
* Guppy's restaurant is in walking distance (we recommend the sangria)
* The beach is raked every night - very clean!
* Dolphins swimming in the morning surf
Con:
There's only one. Foot traffic from the upper unit was loud and constant. There was a large group renting above us and the kids were running around from early morning to late at night. We could hear adults walking around, chairs moving, and what sounded like a bowling ball being dropped from time to time. It might sound petty - but after hours and hours of this we were annoyed. That said, I would return to this building - but would only stay in the top floor unit.

We loved it here! The place is Wonderful! Everything was clean. The perfect location to be able to walk to food, ice cream or the nature preserve. The beach is right there, so nice! Our family really enjoyed it and hope to come back soon.
