About this house rental
Situated in West Beach, this charming house for $775 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summer Lovin' is a gulf-front home located on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores. It features a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, spacious living areas, broad porches on both levels, an elevator and a small refreshing splash pool. Summer weeks are Sunday to Sunday so you avoid the Saturday arrival traffic jam! Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer-term rentals. The main floor has the great room with a large HDTV over the fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with great beach views for the cooks, and a dining table with benches and chairs plus stools at the kitchen island to seat the entire family. You'll also find outdoor dining and seating on the porch. This floor has a king bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a bath that also opens to the hall, and the laundry. The top floor has a beachfront king master with a private porch, a bath with separate shower and tub, and a sitting room that has a twin daybed and trundle in case you need it for your kids or grandkids. You have two more king bedrooms, plus a bunk room that sleeps 4 and is sure to be the place the cousins want to stay. Below the house you'll find the splash pool sheltered under the house and surrounded by vines and flowers. It is a wonderful break from the sun when it is really hot in summer, but in cooler months is sheltered from the wind and can be heated for $50/day--your own little oasis. You'll also find a hot and cold water shower and changing room under the house, a grill, sand chairs, and a dune walkover. Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 14 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

Our women prayer group had a wonderful time at Summer Lovin even though it was during a tornado watch and cold weather. The open view to the ocean is beautiful. The balconies are spacious and plenty seating. Even though we didn't get to spend time on the balcony we enjoyed our morning and nightly devotions and playing games. Summer Lovin is located in a great area and if you want to cook it is very well stocked. We could not lock the back door so called them and someone came out very quickly but it turned out we just didn't know how to do it. You have to lift up the handle and turn the lock at the same time. Lol The elevator was a great plus. I recommend Summer Lovin and we will be back.

We loved our stay and found the accommodations great for our family of 11, which included four couples, including one couple with a disabled young adult, one couple in their nineties and who needed the elevator, and two other adults who needed their own rooms. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the easy and private access to the beach, the large deck, the fireplace, and all the natural light in the common space. Might want to update a mattress or two in the bunk room, install grab bars in one of the bathrooms, and allow more time to get dishes cleaned and put away and towels washed. At the end of our visit it seemed that the fridge/freezer were not cooling adequately. Would love to make a return visit to this spot of paradise!

The house was very nice and perfect for our family’s needs. The view was awesome and the elevator sure came in handy especially when bringing in luggage and food purchased.It was nice for each bedroom to have it’s own bathroom.

Perfect house for our group of 9. Enough seating in the living room, dining room and the
Porch outside. Walk out to beach was perfect. We politely request that the living room furniture be replaced. One recliner was broken and you sink into both couches. They are past their life. Hopefully the owners will do that and we will go back next year. No need to hunt for another house. This one was perfect.

We loved our stay at “Summer Lovin’”. From the time we arrived til the last moments of our stay we felt at home and comfortable and safe. The elevator was key for our needs.
There were some issues with different aspects of the house, but Susan always responded promptly and had the problem resolved in a timely manner. Great location, great management, beautiful beach. We loved the boardwalk as well and the outside shower.

Three generations. Children from 10 mo. to 12 yrs. Plenty of rooms and privacy for all. Convenient access to the beach that was a game changer for parents of young ones. The small wading pool was a cool respite for the young ones, also.

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Lovin’. The property was beautiful and was spacious enough for all 14 of us! One of our grandsons is in a wheelchair and the elevator came in handy. The only negative is the condo across the street with public access to the beach. You have to set up very early in the morning or people will set up directly in front of the house. By mid morning the beach was very crowded. Other than that the property was perfect!

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was setup perfectly for a large group with lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was large enough to feed everyone at the same time, and stocked with everything you need. The back porch is amazing. Loved our stay, and will definitely be back next year!

This was our first experience renting a beach house, we were extremely pleased, enough so we’ve already made plans for next year. The views from the decks were amazing. The sun room on the top level and the covered decks were perfect for the days it rained. I was nervous about the rental process, and what to expect, I shouldn’t have been. The rental company is awesome to work with! If a hot tub could be added under the deck on the south side, the house would be perfect. ;-)

We had extended family with all ages staying here and it worked so well--the shaded porch was really comfortable on hot days and the boardwalk made it easy to go back and forth to the house. This was the perfect house for three generations of our family to get together following our grand daughter's wedding. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was quite helpful. We enjoyed having beach chairs and toys available and the small pool was delightful. The kitchen was well equipped, but a couple shelves on the refrigerator door were broken so the refrigerator did not accommodate all that it should have. Luckily there was a refrigerator down stairs for all the drinks we needed for the beach. The one disadvantage to the house location was having to stake claim to the beach in front of our dune walk by 7:00 in the morning. The house is very close to public beach access so the beach in front of the house tended to fill up quite quickly. Overall , we thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely rent this house again.
