About this cottage rental
Located in Healdsburg, this lovely cottage for $248 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The cottage is a well-appointed, stand-alone unit with a private gate and entrance which provides an ideal retreat for touring the Sonoma and Napa wine country. Located in a garden setting 5 blocks from the Healdsburg Plaza in the central, historic district, it is adjacent to a 2-story, 1880's Victorian farmhouse in a friendly, pedestrian neighborhood. The cottage (600 sq. ft.) sleeps up to four people and offers an open, sunny living area with vaulted ceilings, a bedroom* and large bathroom with a shower facility. The window seat overlooks the cottage garden. (* Note that there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. These two areas are semi-private and separated by a short hallway.) The setting accommodates visitors who want to relax in privacy. The bedroom has a very comfortable (brand new 12/22) Saatva Classic Luxury queen bed, which gets rave reviews, with high thread-count sheets and high-quality towels/washcloths. The living area includes a Scandinavian Design queen sleeper sofa with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The living area has a workspace with a desk, a USB charging station, and speedy Wifi. Amenities include filtered and sparkling water, local coffee with a Ninja coffee maker/foamer for specialty coffee drinks, a coffee press (for those who like it simple), and a variety of teas and an electric tea kettle. The cottage is perfectly suited for simple food prep as it is equipped with a sink, utensils, dishes, bowls, microwave, toaster oven, and under-counter refrigerator. An induction stovetop is available on request. The use of outdoor bbq is also available on request. We also provide cable TV, Bluetooth speaker, and Wifi. Enjoy dining outdoors in our quiet, private garden area, or read and relax in nearby redwood chairs. The cottage is within an easy walk to award-winning restaurants and shopping. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. - Children welcome.

The property is lovely, the cottage is comfortable and nestled in a beautiful garden. The property owners were friendly and responsive. We appreciated the little extras like coffee and creamer and even some snacks. All around wonderful stay. We'd love to come back (maybe when it's not pouring rain). 😊

The garden was lush and gorgeous even in December. The location was incredible- an easy walk to town. The cottage was very sweet, just as pictured. And the hosts were also so nice! There was plenty of room in the bedroom for our baby’s pack and play, with walking room to spare. It was great! We’re definitely hoping to stay again on our next trip to Healdsburg!

Walking distance to the Healdsburg Plaza and many local shops. David and Kelly were great hosts. They answered all of our questions within a timely manner. They also gave us many recommendations beforehand (a few weeks prior to our trip) so that I had time to prepare which wineries we wanted to see and set up reservations. It was our first time to the area, and it will not be our last! Thanks so much, David and Kelly!

We also booked David's Howling Wine Tours for a day during our stay - which was super convenient.

We spent four peaceful days and nights in this beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked cottage with garden that was perfectly described in the listing. The hospitable owners (Kelly and David) were accessible, helpful, and always communicative. The cottage is a short, 10 minute walk to downtown Healdsburg and the many fine restaurants and shops. It’s also nearby to many wineries in the Russian River Valley and Dry Creek Valley wineries. For a real treat, we hired David to arrange tastings and drive us to several small vineyards producing outstanding wines. A great stay; we hope to return!

My fiancé and I decided to take a last minute trip up north and stayed in this LOVELY little cottage/guest house. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The space was clean and well decorated. The owners were incredibly nice…we even sat with them one night around their fire pit and shared a glass of wine. Truely an amazing experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything is as listed. Grateful for the window unit in the bedroom as it was unusually warm for our stay. Located in a charming neighborhood with a nice 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and tasting rooms downtown. Only suggestion would be more comfortable chairs for dining outside. We also had a great time with our private tour to local wineries with David.

This was the cutest little cottage in the backyard of Kelly and David’s house. Super easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk into town. Kelly was so accommodating, letting us borrow a cooler and giving us ice packs to use for the weekend. She even let us pick oranges from her tree! Would highly recommend this property!!

I came to unwind and enjoy fine dining in Healdsburg, a friendly small town north of Santa Rosa. The cottage and main house are charming and the property is well maintained. The host was welcoming and made me feel at home without being intrusive. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk (12-15 minutes) to downtown shops and many good restaurants. For those who plan to take scenic wine country excursions, there are great destinations in every direction- Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley and more. Many wineries have tasting rooms right in Healdsburg. A relaxing trip was achieved.

We absolutely loved our time in Healdsburg! The property was more than perfect and the location cannot be beat! There are fewer things better than arriving at a location and it being better than expected. The house was fully stocked with everything you could ever needs. We had a wonderful stay in Healdsburg at this delightful ADU located walking distance to everything. It was larger than expected and had all the comforts of home. Kelly and David are awesome hosts! My friends and I just got back from a long weekend staying at the Healdsburg Cottage and there isn't one bad thing to say about the property or our stay! The cottage is in a perfect location - walking district to everything in Healdsburg Plaza, and only a short 5-10 minute drive to so many wineries. The actual property was adorable and just what my two friends and I needed for our girls trip. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Both Kelly and her husband were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend booking this property for your trip to Healdsburg!
