Newly remodeled cottage located in quiet family oriented neighborhood, Watch Hill Boat Yard a short walk away. Watch Hill beaches and village within one mile walking distance. Neat, clean kitchen with new appliances. Laundry room upstairs next to bedrooms. Sun porch great for reading and relaxing while enjoying cool ocean breezes. If it gets too warm, enjoy the central air conditioning. Several bookshelves of hardbacks available or pick out a paperback for beach reading.
Enjoy the wide choice of area restaurants offering local bounty from the sea, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Mexican fare as well as the usual 'American' fare.
Rental includes use of parking pass for bay lot in Watch Hill village for duration of stay.

We had a delightful two-week stay at this property. David was a very accomodating and responsive to our requests and needs. We had our Goldendoodle puppy with us and the backyard was very private and safe for her. The home was a perfect "home away from home". Extra thought was put into entertainment in the form of games, puzzles and many interesting books for a rainy day. The kitchen is well appointed with any cooking tools, applianaces and cook books that you might need. The only detail that should be noted is the size of the bathrooms, Although nicely decorated etc., they are a bit small and I feel it would be difficult for more than 2 people-if a long stay. However, all in all, I would highly recomend this property. Thank you David for being such a great host!

This house made a great base to explore Westerly. A very close drive to the lighthouse, several beaches, and the quaint, historic downtown.The location was private but the owner was very responsive. We went in April so it felt like we had the entire town to ourselves.

The 1 bathroom on the second floor is only a powder room (no shower) and only accessible to one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms must go downstairs to use bathroom. Very inconvenient
