John’s property was ideal for our family of 3. Clean, well stocked and perfectly located within walking distance to all the fun in Cruz bay. The property manager, Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had an issue with the living room TV and she was there in a matter of minutes to troubleshoot the problem. We truly enjoyed talking with her and hearing all about living and owning on the island. We will be back soon and John’s place will be the first on our list if available.

Grande bay is the most convenient place to stay in Cruz Bay and is close to everything. The unit was very serviceable, but needed a little updating. While this is a small thing, I would suggest, is that if it is advertised as a 4 person unit, you mount another towel bar so that you can hang 4 towels to dry. Being on the 2nd floor is nice, as you only have 1 flight of stairs, but your view is not the best as you are looking at the roof of the units in front of you. The owner was easy to deal with when reserving the property.

First time staying at Grande Bay and it was super nice. It’s so easier to drive to all beaches if you decide to rent a vehicle and then after a long day you can easily walk downtown for dinner/shopping. Clean and beautiful place would definitely stay again!

First time in St John and this unit at Grande Bay Resort was the best! The unit was stocked with everything needed and made it a home away from home. We have no complaints at all and will be back. Everyone should enjoy this Island and this Condo made it so much more relaxing. Location is more than excellent!

The unit was clean and well maintained, basic supplies like chairs and coolers also. Air conditioning worked great! The property manager and owner were also easy to communicate with. Felt safe. Right near ferry doc and taxis to beaches. Overall great experience!

This unit had it all, beach chairs, cooler, noodles, umbrella, balcony, comfy bed and pillows, just like home. And you can’t beat the Location, we would definitely stay there again.

The property and the unit is very nice. The view was a little bit obstructed, but we didn’t mind. It was well equipped with things like coolers and beach chairs. My only complaint was that I felt that the common areas were very dirty, including the gym. i’m guessing the owner has no control over that. The bed was very comfortable too. Hope to come back.

First and foremost, Grande Bay Condos are located in the best location in Cruz Bay. So very close to all the action - top notch restaurants, active bars, shopping, but just far enough away that noise isn’t an issue at all. Have stayed in this condo twice now, well appointed, clean, very comfortable! Having a pool is a nice plus for cooling down after a day at the beaches, having parking a huge benefit as it is a large extra expense if you have to pay for parking in town and an even bigger hassle if you have to search for free open parking. And if you don’t want to rent a Jeep, the taxis are just a five minute walk away. Highly recommend this condo.

Good location, clean property, well stocked kitchen, very responsive owner. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. Only the bed was a bit too soft for us. Additional toiletries upon arrival would be helpful as we quickly ran out of 1 tiny bottle of shampoo.

We have stayed at Grande bay before but not this unit. We changed units because the other one was starting to show it's age. This unit was fresh and clean. The only thing we would change would be the bed. The mattress needs to be changed as it left our backs a little soar in the morning. All in all we would stay again.

We have stayed at multiple properties in Grande Bay over the years . We were not disappointed in this unit. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of linens, towels, beach equipment, supplies. Well stocked kitchen utensils and equipment. Easy access to pool and ice maker in the upper garage. Would stay again.

Wonderful Week in St. John!

Wonderful Week in St. John!

It was a special week for our family of four in St. John. Our condo was comfortable, clean and offered a perfect place to relax at the end of our days spent at the beach. We loved the condos location in Cruz Bay - walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our boys slept on the pull out sofa for the week and were able to rest comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped for dinners in. It was a great stay and we can't wait to return. Thank you!

My teenage sons and I enjoyed our Thanksgiving trip to St. John. Grand Bay Resort was a lovely place to stay, staff was friendly and accommodating. Staying in town was so close to everything in walking distance. The unit had everything we needed to take to the beach, there was no need to pack extra stuff.

Perfection location to beaches we rented a jeep but the Airbus Is close if You do not want to drive. Beach chairs and towels were available 👍 restaurants and bars all walking distance and the locals are friendly and fun. We can not wait to go back. M.Mink

Wow! This unit was stunningly stocked with everything you need for a grande vacay! Every detail was thought of and it made the whole process just thoughtless and so easy. John and his property manager truly thought of everything. We've stayed at other grande bay condos and this is the only one we'd go back to. I might figure a way to bring my own pillow next time but I'm super picky. From beach towels to beach chairs, detergent, coolers and even snorkle stuff, this one has you covered! Thanks John! We enjoyed your place so much and can't wait to go back.
