Two flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom with 57 cable stations. ONE DAY SCENERIO Enjoy morning coffee lounging on 4 captain chairs on the balcony watching the boats and ferries and a full view of the ocean, harbor, and distant islands.. Then consider visiting world, top-10 Trunk Bay beach by car (your reserved parking space is next to the elevator) or use the taxi shuttle at the gazebo. At the beach, sink your toes in the sand, soak up the sun or lounge in the shade before a mid-day snorkel on the National Park underwater trail. Stroll along the beach, doze, or read in your beach chair. Return to your place and dress informally for dinner at one of the many great restaurants, including Waterfront Bistro, Morgans Mango, Rhumb Lines, or Lime Inn, just a block or two away. All this and its just the first day of your vacation in paradise. Tomorrow you might drive or take the $1 new VItran bus to Salt Pond Bay, where sighting southern sting rays and green turtles is almost guaranteed. Hike up Ram Head for a glimpse of St. Croix 40 miles away before stopping at Shipwreck Landing or Skinny Legs for an afternoon rum punch. Spend the evening on our balcony savoring Uncle Joe's take-out barbecue, watching the sunset and twinkling lights of St. Thomas - a perfect way to enjoy the evening. Tomorrow you might be ready for more snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay or Hawksnest. If it is Thursday or Sunday, you can take the 8:00 a.m. day ferry to Virgin Gorda to visit the Baths. On Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, another 8:00 ferry travels to Jost Van Dyke, where Foxys, the Soggy Dollar Bar, and the Blow Hole are attractions. We were so impressed with the communication from the owner and property managers-so organized and helpful! A special touch was being greeted at the ferry and delivered to the condo; thanks, Darren!
The condo is beautiful, clean and well-stocked. Another perk was being able to rent the jeep that comes with the unit. We felt like we were "home" during our time here. The location is fabulous-less than a block from Cruz Bay. We will definitely be back!!

We loved Anna's place in Grande Bay! The location is the best. You can walk to all of the restaurants and stores in Cruz Bay. The condo was very comfortable and had a great view! We loved having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd trip to St. John and we booked our stay at Grand Bay. We truly enjoyed the condo, location and the entire check-in and check-out process. We highly recommend this location and plan to make this one of our annual destinations. Thank you again for allowing us to spend part of our Christmas Holiday at Grand Bay!

Sunswept at Grande Bay was exactly as described. The booking process and communication with the owners went smoothly. Craig picked us up at the ferry and did a great job of giving us a tour and reviewing the property and surrounding area. The unit was spacious for 2 people and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The balcony had amazing views of Cruz Bay and you can also enjoy music being played at Beach Bar. We rented a Jeep and the reserved parking spot was convenient to the elevator and easy to get in and out. The storage bin, located right behind the parking spot, included everything you could need for the beach from coolers, chairs to floats. It's especially nice to be so close to town as it's a short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops.

First,let us thank Helen and Darren for a great stay. The property was immaculate had all the amenities we could need. The location was convenient to food, drink, entertainment, and shopping. when the island lost power for 12 hours we didn't thanks to this property having a generator big enough to keep the entire complex energized.We will be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From being picked up at the ferry and transported to our villa, everything was perfect.
The property description is accurate. The location is perfect for parking the car in the evenings and walking into town for dinner and drinks. I felt perfectly safe here (I traveled alone primarily), the property grounds were well maintained.
I had one issue with the toilet running, the response from the management team at Grande Bay was prompt and fixed the problem, right away. The pillows on the bed were not in good shape upon my arrival, but I contacted the owner and three new pillows were brought the following day. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend ❤️
The extra things like coolers, beach chairs, towels, and some floats was a wonderful amenity. Well done 👍

The condo was great and very well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view everyday. It is very close to the restuarants and shops in the Wharfside area of Cruz Bay.
We appreciated the pickup and transportation from the ferry dock to the condo. I suggest you also provide transportation from the condo to the ferry dock at the end of the stay. That would be a nice addition to your services.

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful, the only issue was when we first got there the entire apartment was full of mosquitoes, it’s probably because the cleaning person left the door open in the process of cleaning, other than that everything was absolutely wonderful

Excellent location, super clean condo! Top end appliances and everything you need to make your vacation easy. We’ve stayed at many units in Grande Bay and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony at Sunswept. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Grande Bay and Sunswept is a great spot for an easy stroll to downtown Cruz bay restaurants, shops, and taxis (Water or Vehicle). If you rent a vehicle it has a premium parking spot in the garage and if you don't and prefer not to Taxi, you can make a short hike through the Lind Trail to some great beaches. The unit had chairs, coolers, and all the necessities so that you don't need to pack more than your clothes. The view from the spacious balcony overlooks Cruz Bay and out to St. Thomas and several Cays -- my favorite spot for morning coffee and sunsets.
Having rented from the hosts in the past, we knew they are great people and super responsive if needed - but most likely you will not as its all taken care of in advance.

Place was perfect! Views were amazing. Condo was just as pictured. Communication with owner was great. We were aput in touch with Jeep rental which at first my husband was hesitant he wanted to drive but we actually ended up adding a day to rental. We went all over the island so much to do and see. What we loved best was being able to walk downtown for sunsets and dinners. Waking up and before bed sitting on balcony and just taking in the sights. Highly recommend this condo and we plan on coming back soon!!!

Property was great, as expected. Met every expectation. Suggest that a grab bar be added to the shower. I'm an unsteady on my feet, and there was nothing to hold on to in the shower. Other than that, it was perfect.

Property was as described and perfect for two. It was clean, comfortable and had needed items for the beach: chairs, coolers, towels and noodles. The unit also had a washer and dryer if needed. Location cannot be beat! At night you are able to park your jeep and walk to local restaurants.

We loved our stay at Grande Bay and had a wonderful time on St. John. Perfect spot to walk to everything and didn’t need a car. Only issue we ran into was that the hot tub was closed due to construction and we were not made aware of this. Not the owners fault, just good to know because we were looking forward to it. Still enjoyed the property and the convenience of washer/dryer in the unit and the kitchen. We will stay at Grande Bay again and loved the unit and the view.

Condo was super clean and had all the necessities. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was great and you can't beat the morning coffee views from the patio. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Trip
We have been to St. John 7 times and this was our favorite place we have stayed. The condo was beautiful, super clean and well stocked. The location was great…. Could walk every where.

The property was as expected very nice. The building elevator to get to the condo did not work.. My husband (72 yrs) carried our luggage up 4 flights. First & last day he climbed 16 flights. No help was offered. Never going back.

We loved sharing Grande Bay Resort's perfect location with our teen daughters. We are an active family and loved the hikes to the beaches to snorkel and the jeep rental for flexibility and access. Everything you need is a short walk away. The unit was fully stocked with essentials & extras that made our stay seem like home. Coffee on the balcony every morning was very peaceful. Make sure to check out the reef photo book with help identifying popular STJ reef species. Maho Bay is amazing and we saw so many turtles!! Get to Trunk Bay early to beat the crowds. Hike to Solomon Bay and go left at the beach for a fun rock scramble to take in the beautiful West facing views. Take the upper Lind Point trail to access the lookout over Cruz Bay :D
