This is a terrific stay if you are visiting Sebastopol! Lori has put in a lot of thoughtful attention to detail, and we had everything we could have wanted for a comfortable stay. The house is with in an easy walk to restaurants and and shopping in Down town Sebastopol, and there is a Whole Foods close by. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Lori for a wonderful stay!!

Girls trip, enjoyed the space. Home is very clean and well stocked. Spacious with a nice yard. Easy walk to town or The Barlow. Only issue was traffic noise being on a fairly busy street.

This charming home was better than expected. Beautiful and peaceful garden patio for breakfast and dinner. Hummingbirds all around. Easy walk to town for morning pastries and coffee. We loved walking down the neighborhood streets with installation art. The entire town is full of creatives and laid back vibe. Lori is a great host and communication was easy. House had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave!

I lost count of the amount of times my family said "wow" when we first entered this house. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice, you must see it to really appreciate it. It deserves every 5 star review and more! And special thanks to Lori for being an amazing host (she even found a few items we left in the house and is mailing them to us!). In the week we were here, we explored Sebastopol, spent a day at the Francis Ford Coppola winery in Geyserville, swam in the Russian River in Guerneville, watched the sunset on the Sonoma Coast, and did a day trip to San Francisco. This location was perfect because of its proximity to so many fun activities. We hope to be back!

We had such a lovely stay at Lori's home. The house is located walking distance to town and is also quite close to many Sonoma County attractions. One of the best features of the property is the private backyard and patio area. My daughters and I loved reading on the back deck while hummingbirds flitted around in the garden. If you are readers, like we are, there is also an extensive collection of fantastic books to choose from. We hope to return to Lori's home in the future!

This property is worth every penny! It’s in the best location to wineries and the coast! This is actually our second time staying at this property because of the location and amenities. Lori is a wonderful host!!! If you are looking for a spacious house for family and friends, you don’t need to look any further! We will definitely be back!!

I cannot properly express how much we all loved staying at this property. Probably the best VRBO experience our family has ever had. We are on a multi day, multi stop, family vacation and my kids immediately stated this was their favorite location on the trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you could possibly need for a visit. The location is great and communication was timely and helpful. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Like I said, probably the best house rental experience we have had as a family of five.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Mid Century Craftsman style home. Very Clean, beds were comfortable, well appointed, and close to restaurants and highways. Lori the owner, was available if you needed anything. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Sebastopol. Our visit was short but so relaxing. Beautiful and quiet and very charming. Lori has thought of everything. We would stay again.

The house was in immaculate condition, with a lovely fireplace and sitting area, nice kitchen, and cozy living room. We barely ended up using the upstairs, and the setup would work well for just two (like us) or a larger group.
We ended up out and about most of our trip, but the grounds on site were just lovely and added to the feeling of getting away.
Next time we're in town, we'll probably start with trying to book here.

From the moment we were greeted by the owner/manager, we felt welcome and cared for! The garden is delightful, the home is spacious. clean and comfortable - nothing is overlooked, including a welcome bottle of wine! We'll be staying again when we come to visit wine country.

Excellent home from home!
We had an excellent stay at Lori's place - it's a gorgeous property in a great location. We really appreciated how well appointed the house is, including books and games and a lovely outside space. Having one double bedroom + bathroom downstairs along with the bedrooms upstairs made this great for a family reunion. Lori was a warm and friendly host and really helpful - thanks for having us, Lori!

Home away from home!
This property was perfectly located for walking to anything in downtown Sebastopol. It was just like being at home as there was literally anything and everything you could possibly need, even those little things you’d like but don’t want to buy a whole bunch of on a trip (eg Ziplock bags), laundry soap etc. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Love this place
I've stayed here multiple years in a row for an annual event. Love this place. The property owner, Lori, is awesome and it's just a convenient place to stay during the event.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the guest house! The house really had everything we needed, included a baby gate to keep our toddler from trying to go down the stairs at night and plenty of “kid dish ware” like utensils, cups etc. I think Lori has done an amazing job making sure that her guests have everything they need at their disposal. And the location is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed regularly walking to the park two blocks away, as well as walking to Main Street. Less than a 30 minute drive to the redwoods AND to the beach, can’t beat that! My kids loved the house and didn’t want to leave. Next time we travel to the area we will absolutely try to stay here again!

Darling house walking distance to town
Lori’s house is so charming! We are a group of 5 friends in Sonoma to visit wine country. There a couple a nice sitting areas inside plus the kitchen is a good size enough for all of us to hang out, and there’s also a very nice outside patio. Everything was clean and in great working condition. Lori lives in the front house, and the rental is set back a bit which minimizes street noise. Overall we would highly recommend Lori’s house and we will return. Thanks Lori!!
