The two additional bedrooms have plush queen mattresses and shelved closets for your ultimate comfort. This home is equipped with cable television and has a 60' HDTV flat panel television in the living area. High speed wireless internet is provided free of charge and there is a work area for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, large pantry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is a 2 car garage, laundry room, fenced private backyard with a pool, grassy area, and covered patio equipped with a gas grill. The park is literally outside your kitchen window.....home is open to a beautiful green area and park equipped with doggie parks, tennis courts, basket ball courts, playground, and walking trails. Enjoyed our stay in this well cared for home. Very clean with nice amenities including the backyard pool. Appreciated the quiet neighborhood and ease in driving to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. Visited family in nearby Sun City West so would consider staying here again. Our host, Kim, was easily available to answer any questions!

This home is a perfect staycation getaway! Wish we would’ve had more time to spend there. We were here for our kids golf tournament! Beautifully decorated, beds were extremely comfortable. Wish we would’ve had a chance to use the pool as well! Definitely would come back again! Kimberly was wonderful!

The property was immaculate and in beautiful condition. Smelled clean but at the same time the scent was very neutral. Perfect. Bed was comfortable and the furnishings were comfortable and relaxing. The weather was a bit cold to enjoy the pool although we did sit on the side and dipped our toes in. The water was sparking clean and very inviting. We come to the Phoenix area about 3x per year and always rent a VRBO or similar. This has been our favorite rental in 6.5 years of visiting the Mayo Clinic. This property has so much to offer. The pool, bikes, tennis rackets, basketball, there’s a great park across the street with lots of activities. There’s a clean grill in the back yard and cable tv !! The property was actually better than described on VRBO. Hope we can stay here every time we go to the valley. Thank you Kim for all your effort in making this place so special.
