About this house rental
Located in Newport, this lovely house for $868 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends to stay while visiting Newport and Middletown! We offer large off street parking which fits four cars comfortably. Our home features 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with an adjoining bathroom on the main floor. Three more bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. A set of french doors open into the living room which features a cozy sectional inviting you to relax, hang out, and visit or watch a movie on the large TV positioned above the gas fireplace. Another set of french doors opens into a reading nook which also houses an array of books that are available to read and exchange during your stay. The living room opens up into the dining room which has large windows looking into your own private back yard. With the middle leaf the dining table sits 8 people. The dining room is open to the kitchen which features an island, a favorite spot to visit with a hot cup of something in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked if your group will be preparing meals! The master bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a king bed, window bench seating, large closets, and an adjoining bathroom with a double sink vanity and a jet tub with shower. The bathroom is stocked with linens and toiletries for your stay. Three bedrooms await upstairs with one full bathroom as well as a laundry closet with a front loading washer and dryer set. Two bedrooms have large walk in closets, mini-fridges stocked with bottled water, Keurig coffee makers, and a TV. The back door from the kitchen leads to the fenced-in yard and patio. With outdoor dining for 8 it's a great place to unwind and reflect on all the good times you had that day! Special rates are available for week long and month long reservations!

A group of friends and I booked this home for a wedding weekend we had in Newport. It worked perfectly - the house was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The check-in/check-out process were very easy and the hosts were lovely. We will absolutely be staying there if we are ever in Newport again!

We had a great time at this house for a weekend bachelorette party in Newport! The house was clean and spacious. It had amazing amenities (towels, shampoo/soap, adorable toiletry baskets in the bathroom to name a few). The kitchen was beautiful and had all the cooking necessities needed. The fire pit in the backyard was awesome too. Comfortable beds and a quiet house even though it is located on a busier street. Kristina was easy to communicate with the whole weekend. We had a great stay!

Had an amazing weekend with 7 friends for a girls trip. The Uber to downtown Newport is 6 minutes. The driveway is large and can fit 6 cars easily. The backyard was cute and a relaxing place to sit for dinner. We had a problem with the fridge and the owners were extremely helpful, responsive, and kind! Hoping to stay at this lovely home again.

Enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and well stocked.
Photos are great but the layout of the house is better than what you see in the pics. Comfy furniture, beds etc. We didn’t have time to cook in the house over our weekend but the kitchen and cookware looked so nice, we wish we did. Well stocked with extras like spices, oils, coffee and more.
The yard was also much nicer than expected, with a patio area and grill plus a great fully fenced lawn. Although the property is a on a main road, you’d barely know that from the backyard.
Nice plus - the upstairs bedrooms each had a mini fridge and a stocked Keurig!
Best toiletries provided compared to any other vacation rental home - very thoughtful, every little detail covered in case you forgot mouthwash, toothbrush, Bobby-pins, q- tips — they had everything you can think of, very appreciated. Even a welcome bottle of wine, very thoughtful.
Would happily stay here again, spacious enough for 4 couples or a large family and great location just over the border from Newport.

This house has many amenities that go above and beyond from the extras in the bathrooms to the kitchen. Great welcome package with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. This house was perfect for three adult couples as well. Very close to Newport to either urber or drive. The only downside is the house is on a Main Street for a it if noise. My favorite room was the front porch with a chase lounge for relaxing. Yard is enclosed with a fire pit area and table with chairs. Highly recommend this house.

The owners communicated well...had everything beyond sparkling clean and ready for our arrival. The home is a short drive or uber to downtown. Great Location! There was plenty of parking as a huge bonus. The home was outfitted with everything and then some for our stay. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. I would without a doubt stay there and recomment to all m family and friends ...Enjoy!!

Great House, Great Location
We dropped our son off at the Naval Academy Prep school and this house was absolutely perfect. Our schedule changed and the owners were so accommodating. We will stay here again for sure soon.

My friends and I had a great time here! The house is really nice with plenty of room and hangout space for 8 people, including a large backyard. It was nice having a big driveway to not have to worry about parking either. Location was good, quick Uber ride into downtown. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Property and Hosts
We had an excellent experience at this property. We had a ladies weekend with 8 of us and there was plenty of space in all bedrooms and throughout the house. The house is beautiful, super updated and extremely well stocked (especially the kitchen and bathrooms!). Beautiful backyard with lots of outdoor seating! Nice big kitchen and living room with super comfortable couch! The location was great, 4-10 mins to pretty much all Newport locations and it had a huge driveway for parking so easier than staying downtown! The hosts were fantastic - very friendly, communicative and thorough. Overall, highly recommend! Thank you Kristina and Andrew.

Amazing house - amazing amenities!!
This home was perfect for our girls weekend away!!! The house was spotless and all of the 'extras' exceeded our expectations. The location was good (easy, quick Uber ride into downtown) but not a place where you would easily walk - but that didn't bother us one bit. We were happy to Uber. The house was so comfortable, clean and perfect for our November weekend in Newport. Great communication with Andrew and Kristina. We loved it and highly recommend!

My girlfriends and I were celebrating a girls weekend in Newport and this home was absolutely perfect! It was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all types of amenities. The home is conveniently located minutes from downtown Newport; it's on a main road and had plenty of off-street parking! We all had a wonderful time! Highly recommend

Great house in an good location
We are a three generational family with six adults and two teenagers. The house was perfect. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the house was quiet. People went out during the day for different activities in Newport, Jamestown -- for awesome cider donuts, and biking. We gathered again at night for dinner. We are avid game players and enjoyed sitting at the dining room table after dinner to play games. The location was near everything we wanted and the house's floor plan allowed for "alone time" as well as plenty of space to get together.

Beautiful and spacious, close to everything
The property itself is big, airy and spacious and is very clean. We particularly enjoyed the fully-stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans and even common spices needed to make the most of our stay. I received the check-in instructions the day before and was able to get in no problem. The property is on a main access road so you may hear some road noise/sirens/etc and is about 10 minutes or less from everything including downtown and various beaches.
The backyard was also great - it included a fire pit as well as a large picnic table which was perfect for communal meals.
