Nestled in Newport, this charming villa for $699 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. • Custom designed Villa in Jamestown, RI built to capture the views of Narragansett Bay and the Newport bridge! • 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath home (Downstairs bath newly renovated feb 2021 new pictures soon!) and a brand new private outdoor cedar shower. Modern Coastal open concept first floor with 27 foot high ceilings, central AC/Heat and amazing natural light. The house is perfect to optimize both privacy as well as entertaining. You're going to love cooking and entertaining from the beautiful custom kitchen with large island and pantry. Wood burning Fire Pit, a Gas grill and a large 8 person 96" outdoor table for summer cookouts on the back patio just off dining looking out onto Narragansett Bay. • First floor: 'Beachy Boho Bedroom' with a comfy queen size bed and ceiling fan. Half bath with brand new washer/dryer right off the bedroom. Wide open living space great for casual entertaining. • Second floor 3 bedrooms: Upstairs step out onto your second level 400 sq foot deck from the atrium or private access from nicely proportioned king bed 'Bay View' bedroom with a sleeper sofa and ceiling fan overhead. Two more upstairs bedrooms...'The Bunk Bedroom' featuring a full size above full size bunk bed with a pullout twin mattress trundle perfect for kids/adults. The third 'Bridge View Bedroom' features a King bed along with a twin size daybed and ceiling fan. There is ample sleeping space for multiple families or larger groups. Full bath/shower as well. • 3 of the 4 bedrooms have HD Smart tv's with easy access to Netflix/Prime etc. Main room tv is also HD Smart tv with Sonos speakers that you can easily connect your devices too. The house is very tech friendly in general with Google home, Nest thermostats, Nest security system and High speed wifi that can handle all of your group's devices. Great for remote working as well (if you have to:). • The property has a spacious front yard on a very private street with parking that can easily accommodate 7-8 cars, a garage and a kid friendly tree swing as well:) • The home is walking distance (about 700 yards) to center of Jamestown with access to beaches, shopping and several delicious restaurants and lunch spots. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Jamestown, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience!
The host was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process, promptly answering any questions I had.
The home was not only well-maintained but also immaculately clean. The spacious and tastefully decorated interior, combined with a lovely outdoor area, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment.

We were a group of college friends celebrating a milestone birthday, and this was a great place to do it! Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The kitchen is well-equipped and Matt was very responsive to our (few) questions. The house is about a 20-minute walk from Jamestown's "downtown" and marina, but you need a car (or bike) to explore the rest of the island. Newport is a toll bridge or ferry ride away.

This property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, more than enough bathrooms, lovely location/yard/views. The kitchen was very well stocked and the grill got plenty of use. Oh and loved having an outdoor shower.

Myself, and my friends had a fabulous time at this house. The location is right next to the bridge. Easy access to Newport. We enjoyed the clean home and everyone said their beds were very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms were really nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owner labels each drawer so we knew was was where. I loved the view and the back patio was super nice. The lighting in the home from the big windows made all the guests super happy. Matt was very communicative and if I ever had a question he was available to answer. He even left a little goodie box with some wine, snacks and a note! I would love to stay here again. One of the nights we drove 5 minutes to a great restaurant in Jamestown. So close and easy to get around. Overall fabulous stay and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful home and good location
Stayed here with my family and was very pleased. The home was as advertised, very clean and beautifully decorated. One of my family members was in a powered wheelchair and we were able to get her into the house (front and back) with two portable ramps (one small and the other medium sized) that we brought. Main floor has a one bedroom and bathroom that was accessible. We all enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in Jamestown. The house is beautiful and worked perfectly for our group. It was an excellent place to congregate and convenient to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Matt was extremely responsive and helpful. We could not recommend this location enough.

What a great property, from the ease of checking in, to the availability of the property owner, to the pristine condition of the house; everything was top-notch. The beds and linens were hotel-grade, and other amenities were even better than a nice hotel; we felt lucky to stay in such a warm, welcoming home.

This home is on a small piece of land next to the Newport Pell Bridge and overlooking Newport. It's truly a beautiful spot and a lovely place to wake up each morning. We were here in winter so I'd imagine with leaves on the trees the view is a little more obstructed, but regardless the location is great and town center and the pier and beach is a 10 minute walk away. The house is well equipped with everything you need and everything labeled in the kitchen. The grill out back was perfect for cooking up lunch and dinner, and the wraparound porch on the second floor is stunning and makes a great place to relax with coffee or a glass of wine. The bedrooms are spacious and the house had vaulted ceilings with lots of windows to take in the view of Newport in the distance. A very airy and relaxing place to be. The only issues we encountered were a finicky range/cooktop in the kitchen that's difficult to ignite and a kitchen faucet that doesn't swivel to make cleaning up easy. Small stuff really, as our hosts were available to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. I'd definitely stay again.

We loved the nearby beaches for a quick swim but the location to the beautiful Newport beaches was great also.

This house was amazing, gorgeous, and appears exactly like the photos. The owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with.
