The living room includes a large sofa, two love seats, television, DVD player with a few movies and board games for an occasional rainy day. A large hall closet keeps your beach gear at the ready. The kitchen is fully loaded and includes stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. The property is graced with hardwoods and ceramic tile throughout. The second floor contains one bedrooms, a full bath and utility closet with brand new stackable washer and dryer. Ample closets and full dressers enhance each bedroom. And there are a few desks and chairs for those that need to “stay connected.” The pièce de résistance is the “fourth floor”…one of Newport’s most spectacular roofdecks, offering amazing views of the harbor and bridge. Some of the finest sunsets are experienced here, bar none. A quaint courtyard patio with grill, just outside the back door, completes the package. Fantastic location - lots of room, tons of amenities (especially in the kitchen). Walkable to shopping and restaurants, and it included a parking pass if you felt the need to drive. The rooftop deck is spacious with a lovely view. Great communication from the host and she made sure we had a very hospitable welcome. Looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful location-we walked to almost everything we did in Newport. Loved the openness of the first floor dining room/living room. Great for our crowd. We enjoyed many great restaurants in the area and loved touring the mansions.

Close to shops and restaurants. Happy with accommodations and ease of parking multiple cars in such a busy city. View up on roof is gorgeous. Be careful climbing the curved, metal staircase to get on rooftop - it made me nervous. Would definitely stay again!!

We had an amazing time in Newport! The house truly could not be more central and it’s very nicely laid out and kid/baby friendly. Checking in was easy and intuitive. Parking a second car was a little annoying as parking is scarce, but we were there over Labor Day so it was extra busy. Owner just upgraded to a digital lock which was nice/more convenient for our group. Beautiful views from the roof! Lastly, I really liked this, but the 3rd floor master bath is both en suite AND accessible from the hallway, so it was really easy to be 3 couples sharing 2 bathrooms. Thanks again for everything!

The house was perfect for us and our adult children. It was clean, well-appointed, and in an outstanding location. It was equipped with everything we could have wanted, including beach chairs, basic kitchen needs, paper goods and some toiletries. Shannon was very responsive to our few questions and we would definitely recommend the property to others.
