This home's unique, inverted floor plan features a gourmet kitchen accented by granite counters and stainless steel appliances along with a living room, laundry closet with washer and dryer and balcony overlooking Thames Street on the second floor. The first floor of the home feature the two bedrooms, both with king sized beds, flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and one den on the third floor. The third floor lounge has a pull out sofa and also has a roof deck with partial water views. Conveniently, this property features off street parking for two vehicles. ***Cancellation Policy*** Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Guest agrees to the following: To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival. Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. Our family had the best time given the quick access to beaches and shops. The place had all that we needed and it was super clean. We loved having parking and 2 porches with great views. We plan to return soon!

Located on Thames Street, we left our in their designated spots (two for our rental) and easily walked and biked all around Newport. The rooftop deck provided great sunset views after a day out around town before dinner. Restaurants are plentiful, but the kitchen is also well set up for cooking in if you desire. Both bedrooms and ensuites were on the ground floor that provided amazing water pressure in the shower. I'd seek to stay here again next time I'm in Newport.

With three levels, our group of four had plenty of space. We easily could have had another couple or some kids stay on the gorgeous pullout sofa with an additional bedroom. Location was prime, and the house is newly renovated and outfitted. We had a great time visiting Newport.

The property and accommodations were amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the mansions. The only drawback was being woken up every morning at 7:00 by the construction and workers at the back of the house. When construction is finished it will be great.

Had the best stay here! Can’t wait to come back. The only flaw was some noise in the street level bedrooms and the lack of blankets for the living room (although it was 50 degrees in June…) Gorgeous place and the roof deck and kitchen made it such a great place for socializing with each other. My favorite stay in Newport so far!

This property was very nice and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue was outdoor noise. I'm a light sleeper and since we stayed here in December, it wasn't too bad unless a truck drove by. However, the noise is probably much worse in the summer. Other than this, the property was wonderful.

The apartment was well appointed with everything needed for our long weekend stay. We were able to walk everywhere not needing to move our call but once. Thank you for all the comfort.

Property was very nice, clean and updated. I should of had cookie sheet or pizza pan, there was not anything to warm pizza or bake premade cookies. A few more essentials are needed. When I booked the description said 3 king beds and when we arrived it was 2 king beds and a pull out. When I emailed and questioned it they told me it was changed, however I did have the posting stating it was 3 king beds. It worked out for encaustic it away a girls trip but if it was couples it would not of worked.

The property was in excellent condition, immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and it was located convenient to the restaurants and shops but not right in the middle of them. It was right across the street from a convenience store. There was waterfront right down the block.

The property is nice but it’s located at the corner of two extremely busy streets. If you’re a light sleeper, stay somewhere else. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground level and cars, people and motorcycles pass by all day and night. We left 15 hours after checking in.

This house is amazing and a perfect vacation rental in Newport. The house was extremely clean and better in real life than the pictures! We had a blast using the rooftop deck and were pleased to find the couch pulled out! We were able to walk to Bowen’s Warf and able to obtain parking next to the house (in addition to the 2 parking spots included)!!! Looking forward to renting this house again next summer!!
