Our Villla is located at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, which is on the East end of St. Thomas, and the Resort has one of the best beaches on St. Thomas. Our Villa is an upgraded Villa on the top two floors of the building, is two-stories, has two-lanais, has a million dollar view 30 feet from the water front looking at St. Johns, British Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, and Grass Cay. Your stay in our Caribbean Villa will truly capture the island spirit, trade winds, and the beauty of the Caribbean. Our Villa has been personally decorated in a casual Caribbean-décor, and a list of the many features of our Villa and its location are noted below.

- In 2026, generators have been installed for each building at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. These generators provide full power to each condo during any power outage from the WAPA power company. Each generator turns on after several seconds following sensing a power outage from WAPA.

Excellent privacy yet open air to bring in the Caribbean trade winds, which you will greatly appreciate (However, AC with separate controls on both levels.)
-With the trade winds, typically one can sleep with the AC turned off, sliding glass doors open with fans on, windows in second floor bath open.
-In the month of January, we have slept many nights in a row with no AC on, doors open, no bugs, wonderful Caribbean trade winds, and the sound of the waves, of course, we cannot guarantee all of this, but we are optimistic that if you choose to have your doors open, you should be able to enjoy the trade winds, no bugs, and the sound of waves for many nights.
-Close (less than 1 mile) to Red Hook for ferries to St. John, numerous restaurants, shopping, chartering, and boating.
-A Million dollar view from the main floor lanai and the second floor bedroom lanai that even the Ritz Carlton cannot compete with.
-Best privacy because beach-walkers and sight-see-ers cannot look into you Villa.
-All new sliding glass doors on both levels. (That is important, and be gentle).

• Electric blow up air mattress in foot locker at end of bed. However, all of these cannot be deplored at the same time.
• Premier Bassett love seat with pull out twin sleeper sofa (both the couch and loveseat cannot be deployed at the same time).
• Premier Bassett couch with pulls out into double sleeper sofa. No sleeper sofa is that comfortable, but we also have an electric self inflating mattress in the drawer under the TV cabinet that can go on the sofa mattress.
• Premier Bassett love seat which pull out into a twin bed. But again, no sleeper bed is that comfortable. (NOTE: the couch sleep sofa, and the love seat twin bed cannot be deplored at the same time).

Two Turtle Watch Chairs by Built-to-Last from North Carolina. These Turtle Watch chairs are absolutely wonderful to maximize the expansive view of St. John's and British Tortola.

Check-in at the check-in desk:
-Request beach towels which are complimentary
-Ask for the instructions on getting complimentary lounge chairs during your stay
-Request a Key Lock for the safe that is in the villa

Owner will provide detailed information in all the packets sent to include the electronic lock code for the front entry door, and the WiFi password.
