About this house rental
Our year round cottage is located on Lake Pauline in Ludlow Vermont, with 900 ft of lake frontage! Just 1.5 miles from Okemo's Jackson Gore base (about 30 minutes from Killington ski mountain and Woodstock).
This area offers all the outdoor adventures you're seeking; skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing in the winter and fishing, swimming, hiking and golfing in the summer. **Fish, swim or kayak right off the back deck!**
Fall offers the best leaf peeping around 🍂 🍁
Accommodations comfortably sleep 8. First bedroom has one queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and one Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed. This room over looks the lake with beautiful views.
There is 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 1/2 bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with spices, pantry goods and coffee maker (pot/keuig combo)microwave, toaster etc.
Living room with large comfortable sectional fireplace, TV, wifi, DVD library, netflex and an array of games for all ages.
Washer and dryer located in basement.
We have 4 kayak's for your enjoyment. Please use at your own risk and see waver.
This 3 bedroom cottage is a perfect getaway for couples, small groups of friends or a family looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay. We are located on route 100N for quick easy access to the mountains, shops, restaurants or site seeing. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Cozy cottage was excellent for our ladies weekend with my sisters and mom! Everything we needed and gorgeous views. The decor is adorable and the lake is serene. Loved the nearby Green Mountain Sugar House. Easy instructions, pleasure to stay here, thanks again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy lake cabin in Vermont! Our family made so many great memories here. Our kids loved fishing right from the dock and kayaking on the lake. We also enjoyed making s’mores together by the fire. The side yard was perfect for playing sports and games as a family, which gave everyone plenty of space to relax and have fun. We also really appreciated that the cabin was pet friendly.The cabin itself was warm, comfortable, and inviting. We especially loved playing cards at the kitchen table, while enjoying the view of the cozy fireplace and the beautiful lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place felt peaceful and welcoming. The kitchen was also very well-stocked, making it easy to feel right at home during our stay.Another huge highlight was being just one minute away from Green Mountain Sugar House, which quickly became one of our favorite spots during the trip! The host was also fantastic - communication was excellent from start to finish and made everything easy and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Vermont getaway filled with family memories.

Beautiful house 5 mins from Jackson Gore. Sits immediately on the water so even in winter there are stunning views right outside. Down the street from a country store make it convenient. It is just outside of the heart of town so theres no traffic when leaving the slopes at 4pm. Will be using Kristin’s place every year now that we found this little gem. So much cheaper than Gore Village and so many more amenities! Clean linens. Fully stocked kitchen items made it easy to have dinners at “home” and plenty off firewood to roast marshmallows at night. The perfect home away from home.

Both front and rear doors blocked by ice. Used a full bucket of salt to try to clear the front door stairs. Could not do it. Very dangerous. Rear door also blocked. Tried to clear as much as I could so we could enjoy the back of the property and the much advertised view. Could not access any outside areas.It snowed 3-4 inches on Thursday. I had to shovel both ends of the driveway that were blocked by the public st plows so we could get in and out. A construction tractor came the next day and plowed the parts of the driveway not occupied by our vehicles. The place was ok. A bit dirty, the kitchen exhaust fan is kinda gross. Not worth the money. We would not go back.
