About this condo rental
Located in Pensacola Beach, this lovely condo for $304 per night is a great option for your next vacation. WHY choose our condo over over any other in Portofino? Because it’s setup as a 2nd home so you feel like a guest and not a renter. We include things no one else does such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, softener, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foil and plastic bags you need for 1 week as well as more than 1 roll of toilet paper! This is why we have 100+ 5 Star Reviews! Also, all the Mattresses/Pillow Cases have Hypoallergenic anti-bedbug zippered covers. My wife and I stayed fell in love with this resort because it is just that...a Resort not just a building with condos, so we bought a unit. Since then, we have made numerous upgrades/improvements including: New Furniture w/Memory Foam Mattresses, New Frameless Shower Door, New Appliances, New Huge Smart TV's, New Dining Room Table, New sectional, New Outdoor Furniture, Refurbished Outdoor Grill and the list goes on! We also replace worn out items soon as possible. We do this 1-2x/year to make sure always up to the highest standards! The large Master Suite has direct access to the balcony and Master Bathroom with large closets, dual sinks, garden tub, stand-up shower and separate private commode. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed to accommodate 3 people as well as its own private bathroom...this room also has direct access to the balcony and great views. The Master has a 65" TV and the Living room has a 75" TV with a Sony Playstation 4 with controllers & games. 2nd bedroom has a large wall mounted flat screen TV as well and 2nd game console as well. There is a large dining table for 6, plus 3 barstools and the large kitchen has all the necessary household items for cooking, etc. The Combo Coffee Maker has a regular coffee maker/pot as well as brews with Keurig coffee pods (I leave you some to enjoy your first morning)!!! We loved this unit because it overlooks the 2 outdoor pools as well as the water/sound so you can keep an eye out on everything going on and its the shortest walk to the restaurant, coffee shop, gym, sound, ferry, etc. The Portofino Tram runs between the buildings and the beach to help you get there with minimal effort during summer time. Although the unit can sleep 5 in beds, Portofino limit is 6 guests in a 2br unit oVer the age of 5. I purchased 4 Beach Chairs and Umbrella for our own use but will leave in an unlocked closet for renters to use as well (please rinse off after each use and put back in closet). There are also a few other beach toys/accessories in there. All of this is why our "Spoiled Rotten Condo" is your best choice for the most memorable vacation. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. No Pets allowed nor smoking in unit. 50% will be charged at time of booking and the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. This is a beautiful condo! The hosts provided so many extras that made our stay even better. The condo is located on the quiet end of all the shops and restaurants, which was so nice for relaxing and feeling like we were in our own beach oasis. We loved using the on-site hot tub and pool. So nice that the resort had a mini-store to buy a coffee and/or food items if needed. Thank you to our host for being readily available if we needed anything. Best customer service! Oh, and condo is super close to the beach...just a very short walk. You will love staying here!

They had absolutely everything there we needed. The property was just as pictured, beautiful and clean. We tried the grill out and it didnt work. (No biggie, we were able to cook everything on the stove.) Contacted the owner and he responded immediately, the grill was fixed the very next morning! That evening we had some awesome burgers and brats! We look forward to visiting again, next time with all of our kids and granddaughter also!

Oh! The extra room could use a curtain or blinds on the door. But we figured that out fairly easily using the beach mat. 😉

This is our 2nd time staying at Spoiled Rotten and it did not disappoint this time either!!! Always a pleasure to stay at Portofino and especially in this unit. They think of it all when it comes to stocking the bathrooms and kitchen. Can’t wait to return ☀️

We had an absolute blast staying at this property! The condo was very well stocked and had enough beach chairs/toys for all of us. The amenities at the resort were convenient and fun for everyone. And the beach was a short walk.
To families traveling with children - we wished we would have known more about the guest room. There is a balcony access door with a window above it in the guest room. There are not blinds on it! This caused issues both at night when privacy was needed as well as during the day when my 2 year old nephew needed to nap. We rigged a cover to block out the light as much as possible.
We all agreed this is absolutely a 5 star property and would definitely stay again!

Mark and Sissy were great host with excellent communication/detailed information about the area. The condo was very clean and sticked well. Fully equiped kitchen and a grill. Balcony over looks the sound with a great view of the gulf too. Multiple pools to try and a very short walk to the beach for sun bathing and fishing.

The condo was completely perfect. The resort itself was much nicer than I had expected, and the staff members were kind and helpful (which is becoming a lost art). I would highly recommend the resort adventure packages- between the ocean and the resort activities, we hardly needed to leave the resort. We would absolutely come back. The owner had great communication, and check-in/check-out was very easy.

We loved our stay! The place and view was outstanding! The tower was right next to the Lifestyle Center. The food was fabulous on the resort and we loved all the amenities too. The owners of Spoiled Rotten were so fabulous to work with! We definitely will be back soon!

This was our first time to this resort and this place was the best! It was a wonderful view and great for the kids because we were close to the main pool and water activities. We could also see dolphins from the balcony!
The host were fantastic and checked in to make sure everything was going good with the condo.

Our family enjoyed 4 nights here and we loved every minute! The condo was stocked with everything to make cooking a breeze. We used the beach chairs, cooler and toys daily which was so convenient since we were from out of state. The beach was a short walk and the resort has everything you need if you forget anything.
I spoke with the owner a few times about the condo prior to arriving and he always responded quickly and helped me with all my questions.
The condo comes with a garage parking space which was great since we did get one crazy storm one evening and it kept our rental car protected from the wind/debris.
We hope to be back again and if we stay in Pensacola it will always be at this condo!!

First impression was that the condo was extremely clean. It was well stocked and my kids especially enjoyed the games. The resort pool was great as well as the on-site restaurant. The short walk or drive to the beach made for some amazing sunsets. Thank you for your hospitality!

When I say this property is just what it's called spoiled rotten. It is an absolute jewel and im soo glad I stayed her for my birthday week; truly a birthday and experience to remember. Everything was amazing and the property manager is top notch; very professional, immediate response and such an amazing guy. When you get here trust me you WILL not be disappointed at ALL!!!!

We had a spectacular week at the “Spoiled Rotten” condo at the Portifino Island Resort!! This condo was so well stocked that we really only had to focus on groceries for the meals we chose to eat in. It was so nice to use the variety of spices. This condo offered us comforts for rest and relaxation. We slept so well and felt refreshed each day for new adventures. We enjoyed the resort spa amenities such as the hot tub, steam room and sauna, as well as the beautiful beach walks on the Sound and Gulf Beaches. We haven’t been on a vacation where we actually feel rested as we do now. We look forward to future visits to this condo where we can be truly spoiled rotten.

This was our family’s 2nd stay at “Spoiled Rotten”. This condo is special. The view overlooking the main pool area and Santa Rosa Sound is awesome. The furnishings are top-notch. And it’s super clean. The comfortable mattresses afforded me the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! Communication from the owner was great…Mark checked on us before, during, and after our stay, just to make sure everything was perfect. As far as Portofino, we feel it’s the best resort in the Florida Panhandle. In the past, we’ve vacationed in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Panama City Beach. The resort’s amenities are great, and all of the employees are extremely pleasant. We’re already looking forward to next summer’s family vacation at “Spoiled Rotten”. Thanks, Mark and Sissy!

We really enjoyed our time at Portofino! Condo was exactly as pictured- well taken care of and clean! The balcony has a great view. We took advantage of the tram to the beach, trolley downtown, jet skis, tower pool- which 1 day we had to ourselves! The resort food was good- loved the pizza and fish tacos. Thanks for letting our family of 4 stay at your place!!
