Excellent views. The Lifestyle Center has excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.
Had to buy more toilet paper, only one roll provided was a little weird. Had dishes and utensils but compared to other rentals it seemed pretty bare, but it worked fine for us. Staff were a little less than the level of friendly you’d expect. We just asked about our needs and they really didn’t like being helpful you could tell.

The view, the amenities and fun activities!
The oven touch pad kept saying f7 error and wouldn’t work. Needs replaced. Everything else was excellent!

The property amenities were nice and staff were friendly. The only complaint about the facility itself was the outdoor restaurant at pool was very difficult to get service, but food was good. We did not have to wait long for elevators.
As for the property itself it was okay. Cockroach in bathroom and bedroom within the first 10 minutes of being there. Place was very stingy with soap and only one trash bag. The ice dispenser was broke, water heater sounded like a chainsaw, fans in bathrooms sounded like a jet engine taking off, rust inside dryer and very unbalanced. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable. It was very spacious though and had ceiling fans which was nice. The balcony was nice.
The beach was as beautiful. If you had a lot to carry though it was a decent walk, you should bring a wagon.
The property management company not the portofino resort was frustrating and harassing with sending forms. Even after checking in, filling out yet another form and showing ID they kept texting to do even more yet.
Uncomfortable bed and old appliances. Also loud bathrooms vents and water heater. Could not use hair dryers at same time or it would trip the breaker.
