The home is a nice older home not too far from the strip. The few issues we had with the home were addressed by the owner, those that could be, were rectified in a timely manner. The pool and hot tub are in need of repair, broken tiles in the hot tub made it feel unsafe to use. Owner worked with us to insure our satisfaction.

The owner was too invading. Has her office right beside the living room. Room temperature is constantly place in the 80’s, and when asked says that electricity is expensive.

Very nice home and conveniently located just off I 95 and close to Kyle Canyon. Host was very friendly and helpful in all ways.

This beautiful home was the perfect way to end our two week family vacation. Sigrid was the most gracious host we’ve ever had and her home had everything we needed - including a very refreshing pool in the heat! Would not suggest for families with small children due to multiple glass tables in the home.

1. Personal belongings are too much we were like walking on a glass. Couldn’t feel fully comfortable. 2.The beds were not comfortable even I could say the queen was the worst I ever slept on. 3. The pans and dinnerware in the kitchen were not clean. I washed every single thing before using. 4. Outside lights are not enough for evening swimming. We were planning some night swimming however it was pretty dark we couldn’t swim at night at all. 5. Swimming pool fully private, we liked that.

This property was the perfect location for taking day hikes in the mountains and/or going to the strip. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved the pool (and beautiful garden) in the 100+ deg heat. Sigrid was very easy to reach with questions and was very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion, as noted by another reviewer, might be to update the mattresses which would make the beds a bit more comfortable.

This property is amazing. Ten stars for cleanliness and order. The host is wonderful and helpful and caring. The yard is simply amazing; beautiful trees and flowers and several lovely sitting areas. This was our second visit; we'll be back next year.

This location couldn’t be more desirable. Great open layout with a gorgeous pool area. We were a bit taken back by having an owner on the property during our stay. We only saw her a few times so it wasn’t a huge deal…just didn’t feel as private as we would’ve liked. As far as the accommodations, the house was very nice. I would suggest upgrading the matress in the master bedroom. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also, there was an issue with one toilet so we were unable to use it. We had only 1 bathroom for our stay. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation rental and the host was very kind. She checked in on us periodically as well. If you’re traveling with family this is a great rental since quiet time starts at 10pm….great for families with small children. I would definitely recommend this rental and would consider renting it again myself. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our second year staying at this great house with a great host. It is not LV strip convenient but we were here to play golf at all the great Vegas courses on the west side. Paiute 10 minutes away. Golf in the morning, float around that pool in the afternoon, grill up dinner at night. Very quiet location. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Sigrid responded to everything we needed. Will be back next year!

This home was completely relaxing from the gorgeous gardens to the beautiful pool. It was extremely clean and very welcoming. The homeowner was always accessible for any questions that we had. If we ever return to Las Vegas, we would definitely book this home again.

Sigrid is a wonderful host! Very responsive, answered all questions, and walked us through the house details. Our family enjoyed our time at the Spring Mountain Ranch. Lots of space, amenities, and quiet serenity. Within 20-30 mins to the LV strip and 60 mins to Hoover Dam. We enjoyed seeing the sights and having a wonderful retreat to return to every day. This property is just as beautiful as the photos listed. Sigrid is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. We had the best time playing at Paiute Golf Resort and swimming in her glorious pool it’s like your own oasis. We will definitely come back.

Sigrid the owner met us and showed us around the spacious home. She was so friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. The house is lovely and was very clean. It’s located in a pretty neighborhood close to many amenities and not far the strip. The owner has a casita on the side of the property so you have complete privacy in the garden. She is available if you wish but otherwise the home is yours. It’s a family home that makes you feel comfortable and cosy. We had a few occasions to speak with Sigrid and she is very knowledgeable regarding the area and tips for places to visit. A lovely lady, we enjoyed our vacation at her home very much. This was a clean property over all. She seemed lovely to talk to on the phone and I think there might be a language barrier when people say she comes off aggressive in her reviews. She’s stern in her demeanor but I don’t believe it’s intentional. The living room furniture is very stained and very low to the ground, did not provide a relaxing environment. The spa and swimming pool were not heated (she did disclose that so we knew that) and we felt a bit uncomfortable that her personal belongings were spread out throughout the home. This seems to be a lived in home rather than an investment property. Other than that, she was really nice, home was overall clean, the backyard looked awesome and we weren’t in the home much… it did it’s job!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood

The house is so much more than we expected. It was very open and beautiful with beautiful palm trees and a lemon tree! The comfortable bed was a blessing... Siqrid was a great host and we felt at home in this wonderful find in beautiful Las Vegas.

Sigrid is a wonderful hostess. She met us at the property for a brief orientation. She stays on property in an adjacent casita, but it doesn't interfere in any way with the stay. She bakes and brought over a piece of cake that was wonderful! The gardens and pool area set an amazing background for the vacation. The house is large and comfortable and has every thing you need to feel at home. We appreciated the location close to our son and his wife. It's also really close to shopping in the area. Sigrid is strict about no shoes in the house, and that is the same in our own home, so not a problem for us at all. The office area was a bonus for my wife to work remotely. Check out was easy, with no long list of things to do. We really appreciated that! We look forward to returning in the spring for a longer stay.

Super lovely home off the strip! Nice size pool and fully functional hot tub in the yard. The kitchen is huge. Its a very quick shot to get to the strip or Fremont street if you rent a car like we did. There's also a cool dune buggy rental spot about 45 minutes east of the rental home. There are a couple of great cafes in strip malls less than 15 minutes driving distance from the rental home which is great for a quick coffee or breakfast. I would definitly revisit!

Sigrid met us at the property upon check in. She was very friendly and showed us around. The house and outdoor space (pool/gardens) were beautiful!! Was quiet and comfortable. The property was close to golf and not too far away from downtown. We were looking for a quiet escape and found it here. We would definitely return and stay here again when in Vegas. monica and ryan

Sigrid is a wonderful host. She was respectful of our privacy and often asked permission before coming over to the house or into the backyard. We didn't feel that Sigrid was an imposition to our stay at all. She was always quick to respond to our questions, and was happy to stop by to help when needed. The location of this unit is great. It was nice to be only a few turns away from I-95, with easy access to both the Strip and Rt. 157 heading up to Mt. Charleston. We were all glad to have stayed at Sigrid's, instead of staying at a Strip property. As opposed to the Strip.. It was great to park directly outside in the driveway, and be in our beds two minutes later. The pictures on the posting are accurate and it was pleasant to be in the living room kitchen area. Bedrooms are all as represented and are great too. The backyard and pool area are terrific. Sigrid included the cost of heating the jacuzzi in our stay, and offered to let us heat the pool for an additional $12 per day. We thought that was reasonable, and she lets you control the temperature of both the pool and jacuzzi using the panel in the loggia. The house backs up to a decently sized road, but the noise outside at the pool wasn't significant at any time during the day, and was never noticeable indoors. Sigrid maintains the perfect kitchen for anyone who likes to cook. The amount of pots, pans, and kitchen tools, the variety of cooking and pantry staples Sigrid makes available to you, and the overall layout of the kitchen made cooking a pleasant experience here. Sigrid provided everything necessary to cook for our whole week stay, and it was great to have staples like canola and olive oils, spices, salt, sugar, and flour. While Sigrid mentioned that she is in the process of replacing the couches in the main living room, my short and admittedly overweight father wanted to mention that the couches that were currently in the space as of October 1, 2022 were not particularly comfortable for him. My short and admittedly fat father also found the tile floors hard on his heels and had to buy shoes to comply with Sigrid's no shoes in the house policy (Def no big deal, ten bucks at the nearby Walmart. By the way, the area is retail heaven - just about everything imaginable. We went to Costco, Lowes, etc.) The old man also wanted the unit to be cold inside, so we asked Sigrid if we could keep it cooler than the 79 when you're there, or 82 when you're not, as she asks for. Having stayed at this Spring Mountain Ranch home our third time now we still find it to be perfect for spending a week in Vegas. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Sigrid is the perfect host always helpful and always replies to a phone call or text right away. Some vases of fresh flowers from the garden to welcome us was especially nice.
