Sometimes there are problems with government provided electric, water, and sewer. Unfortunately, these are all out of the control by all the recipients of these utility services. As this is not a large 5 star commercial hotel, there are no backup generators or alternative water supplies. No liability will be accepted for any consequential or inconsequential damages whatsoever. There are no refunds as these utility services are the full responsibility of the Mexican government. Should utilities be interrupted, enjoy the quiet time or get out and see Mexico. Because of fluctuations in government furnished voltage, it may sometimes be necessary to hard boot the internet cable modem to reset it. Do so by unplugging it and re-plugging it back in. If you are not already an experienced user of the KODI streaming box, please do not use it as settings can be erroneously changed and programs deleted. If you are an experienced user, the fluctuations in voltage may necessitate a hard boot by unplugging and re-plugging in the Android box.

Breat condo but definitely be prepared for: a) No elevator to 5th floor; b) occasional water service interruptions. Great location for coffee shops and restaurants and the beach. Quiet family residence.

Our stay was fine. My vehicle was safe in our own assigned semi-secure parking lot. We are fortunate that we are somewhat young and physically able to climb five stories to the condo. And glad that the climb is worth it, the apartment is roomy and clean and the beds were comfortable. Great view and wonderful breezes. I would recommend the condo but make it clear that the condo is on the fifth floor.

This place was far from what I had expected. There were a number of things that made it so uncomfortable and I could not see myself ever recommending anyone spend their money to stay here. Or to expect to have a relaxing/vacation here. Terrible gas smell from water heater that is located in the master bathroom. Bullet/bb holes in glass of the windows in the patio. Damp throughout the inside of condo. May have been cleaned after last guest but was not cleaned prior to our arrival, very dusty. I had to sweep and dust the entire condo. It is cold and drafty. Dog feces in stairwell, a lot of the neighbors in this place have dogs and they seem to let them poop throughout the stairwell.. There were so many flies at the entrance of this place, at all times. I had to spray for flies and would quickly open/close the door so that we would not be infested with flies inside condo. A lot of homeless people that stay outside the OXXO convenient store, and that walk and sleep throughout this neighborhood. Very outdated interior. During our stay there was so much construction next door, banging on the concrete cement walls all day, every day of the week. Nonstop barking dogs from the neighbors in the building. Stained bed sheets in both bedrooms. Slow internet and unreliable. Flickering electricity almost daily. We could feel the metal springs in the mattress. Front door and east side bedroom leaks in when it rains, that happened often throughout our stay. I hope my honest review helps anyone who is considering staying here.

We arrived on Sunday, realized the elevators were not working, and began the five story trek up the stairs. We got to our condo, and found that we were given the wrong pin code. We immediately searched out to Maya, and I emailed David. Mays came right up and helped us gain entry, thankfully, my husband speaks fluent Spanish. David texted me back as well. The condo was clean and equipped with everything for our week long stay. The view from the balcony was remarkable even when the weather was less than desireable, it rained a lot while we were there for spring break. The condo was conveniently located near to restaurants, coffee shops, convenient store, laundry facilities, the movie theatre, and of course the beach. We really didn’t have to drive, but we did, to get anywhere. We truly enjoyed our time together in this wonderful beach condo. Thank you to David and Maya for allowing our family the ability, to share a memorable and quality family time, in their beautiful beach condo. We would recommend this condo to others. The only downside, was the initial entry debacle. The jostling for a parking space, but if you walk everywhere, which you can, it wouldn’t be so bad. Also five flights of stairs is not recommended for an older person, or a person with bad knees. The view however is completely worth the workout. Thank you again. We will be back, in the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this relaxing beachfront condo. Although the apartment was older it was very clean and well taken care of. Even though the apartment is on the top floor, we did not at all mind the climb since it is so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Mexico. I would recommend this condo to families or couples wanting to visit.

This was a great place to stay, we loved the location to El centro, the boarder and the beach, the boardwalk nearby is cool with fun coffee shops. This Condo is located in probably the best spot in Tijuana. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Definitely do not judge this place from the outside, the interior of this condo is very clean, modern appliances, comfortable beds and very rummy. The neighbors are very friendly and the complex manager does a great job of keeping the complex clean. The beach is just about a 30 second walk away, all kinds of local restaurants and coffee shops all beachfront, greatly prized. Walmart, Starbucks, Dominoes Pizza, Pharmacies and anything you can think off is all within a mile. We were very pleased with this stay and are talking about maybe returning in the summer for a week or two.
