The open great room features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, Sonos speakers throughout the house, and large glass doors that open onto the deck. Just off the main living space, the top-floor primary suite offers a quiet retreat with ocean views — perfect for early mornings or winding down at the end of the day.
From morning coffee to evening cocktails, the deck quickly becomes everyone’s favorite place to be.
The kitchen is built for real cooking, not just vacation basics. With a large refrigerator/freezer, induction range, convection oven, and every small appliance you might need, it’s easy to host dinners for your group or flip pancakes before a beach day.

In contrast, the experience exceeded our expectations on numerous occasions. We frequently encounter listings and photographs that appear outdated. This property perfectly aligned with the advertised features. The host maintained consistent communication through the secure application, while also engaging in personal interactions to ensure our satisfaction. They promptly addressed any additional needs we had, accommodating our children’s requirements. We were delighted to experience peaceful sleep, a rarity during our previous visits to Fire Island. This property has emerged as our preferred destination.

We had the most wonderful time in Anthony’s and Whitney’s home over MDW. We spent 4 days, most of the time it actually rained, but the house was perfect for our mixed age group of children, teens and adults. The pool is amazing, a fave of everyone’s, and despite the weather, our teenagers enjoyed biking to Seaview for all things- snacks, groceries, ice cream and restaurants. The sun broke out on our last day there, and Anthony and Whitney offered to let us stay for the day for a small fee, which allowed us to enjoy an even longer stay, and even catching some sun on the beach. It was a 10/10 experience for everyone and we can’t wait to return!

The house and location exceeded our expectations! You can travel light to this fantastic property because anything you want to do or play is already on site waiting for you to enjoy. It makes a trip to the beach easy and fun.

A wonderful, magical fall getaway for our family. The house, the pool and the location can't be beat. Our kids won't stop talking about it. Anthony was an extremely attentive host and accommodated a last minute change to our guest list with ease. Highly recommend
