Very cozy and comfortable with 42" flat screen television, DVD player with DVD movie collection and free Wi-Fi internet. Air condition and heat. Private patio with BBQ and outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying meals. Access to bicycles. Shared driveway with parking for one vehicle. The driveway is monitored with a Ring security system. Located in Central Tucson off North Campbell Avenue in the quiet Samos neighborhood. Very close to the University of Arizona and University Medical Center. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance along with a grocery store. Short driving distance to downtown Tucson and Tucson's famous 4th Avenue featuring a variety of shopping, restaurants and night life. Many parks and outdoor activities in close proximity. This cozy casita was perfect! My husband and I found it warm and inviting with attention paid to every possible detail. The furnishings and construction were top quality and the Southwestern decor was tastefully done. A wonderful spot for a 2-person accommodation in Tucson!

This property worked perfectly for me. It is extremely clean, private and secure. When I saw the pictures of the inside of this unit, I had high expectations and I am glad to say that it lived up to my expectations - it is a very comfy place to stay. I grilled a steak on the back patio and found that the kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to cook.

Lovely studio with full kitchen, barbecue grill, and patio. Location is excellent for restaurants and hiking destinations. Owners are very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect accommodations for our 4-night stay in Tucson! The check-in process was easy and the space was perfectly clean and comfortable. The patio was great - nice, private, and relaxing! The space had everything we needed and is perfect for a solo traveler or couples. The private, well-lit entry way was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and secure. Thank you Mike and Corey! We will certainly be back.

Great communication before my stay and clear communication on the property about details once I was in the Casita. Extremely quiet property and neighborhood, within walking distance to large grocery pharmacy store. This was very handy as the Casita has a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. The hosts have an excellent sense of what guests need when traveling and all equipment was in great condition and working order. The furnishings were perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable, kind of high up but puts you in a perfect position for watching the flat screen! Great lighting. Dining is at the bar with very comfy barstools. The Casita is perfect for a solo traveler or a cozy couple. If you are short and not very agile you may not appreciate the barstool dining or elevated bed, but I think it adds to the cozy charm. I was in town for a football game and decided to Uber to the stadium and the fare was about $9 to the game and expectedly higher afterwards: $17, so the neighborhood was nice enough to begin walking, get away from the stadium and then call Uber. It is about an hour walk. I also looked online and booked a horseback ride at sunset which was about a 15 minute drive from the Casita. Very pleased and I highly recommend

The property was great. Everything has been though of. Good for cooking meals, clean, cozy, quiet. Lots of cookware and cleaning supplies. There is even a freezer bag for grocery runs.

Great place to stay while I was moving my daughter into U of A. Multiple delicious breakfast places close by. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and extremely responsive. I will definitely stay again next time I visit.

Perfect location for us. Easy access and check in/out. THe Casita was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Very well kept & very quiet. Close to the Tucson Botanical Garden, Reid Park Zoo and lots of good food! (Tuk Tuk Thai, Salina Salvadorian, El Corral Prime Rib, El Charro Carne Seca!) Beautiful work on this casita! It was peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The lighted back patio was a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. Mike and Cory were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this bungalow close to the UofA campus. My wife and I rented it for when we picked up our son at the end of the semester. Very convenient, tastefully done, amd in great shape. The owner Mike was very helpful and prompt in communications. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice studio apt in it's own building with a small outside area (table, 4 chairs and BBQ). We didn't cook any dinners but the kitchen is well equipped. Shower was nice. Tasteful decorations. We really liked the space. It has everything you need.

The casita was the perfect spot for us. It was private, quiet and very well kept. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the off-street parking was convenient. We would stay there again if we get back to Tucson.
