About this cabin rental
Situated in Big Bear, this lovely cabin for $599 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: -Magnificent 6000ft castle. -5min drive to the lake -2 Mile to Vons and other stores -9 TVs with rokus & Fast Wifi -10-15min driving to the village -small pet with deposit and rent -8Beds 6.5Bath 1 couch bed, 1 crib -Billiard -3 fireplaces in the house -Full gourmet kitchen -8 player poker table -BBQ grill -Park5 cars on the property -2 large patios -Very quiet and high-end neighborhood - Close to the ski -Brand new Jacuzzi -swingset and poker table -Full size 1600 game Arcade Each pet will be requested a fee of $150 and a refundable $350 deposit for possible damage. (Please read our pet guideline: https://xohresorts.com/Big%20Bear%20Castle%20Pet%20Guidelines.pdf) The Space: PLEASE BE AWARE YOU ARE LOCATED IN A NEIGHBORHOOD WITH LOCALS AND OTHER AIRBNBS. you have access to the majority of house and yard but be aware that the city is big on noise, parking, disturbance and over the occupancy ordinances. In the event that the city stops by for one of these they will most likely issue a fine. the fine starts at 1500.00 and this is the warning they do not issue warnings. noise violations can be at any time of day and no speakers outside. WE WILL ASK FOR A 1500.00 DEPOSIT OR ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS A CITY RULE AND THEREFORE WE MUST ENFORCE. We will ask for deposit to pay for your part of the citation. to avoid this we ask that you do not blare music outside, keep all windows and doors shut when enjoying self and to keep eye out on neighborhood during stay. we apologize but we have to enforce this. Now if we do not receive a deposit we will release your info to the city and they will mail you a fine in your name personally. This is expensive for the both of us and rather not do this. It is always good to familiarize self with the rules of the city which can be done at sanbernadino str ordinanaces on google. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house except, The 3 locked closets for the homeowners & cleaners & behind the separated area in garage. The Neighborhood: Very quiet and high-end neighborhood. The back yard is not private the surrounding neighbors and you can see in each back yard Getting Around: If you like to hike or go to the lake, both are 5 min driving. Interaction with Guests: Our co-host is local to big bear. If you need anything we have boots on the ground to serve you.

Booked this property for a family snowboarding trip and it was perfect. All bedrooms except for the kids room have their own dedicated bathroom. The amenities were great, the hosts are very kind and responsive, and the property was very comfortable and inviting. It is also a very short drive to the slopes which was very convenient.

We are a group of 14 individuals who came up for a staff retreat from a hospital in orange county. We got a chance to walk around in the beautiful scenery, have some good meals together, watch movies, play pool. The location was peaceful and wonderful.

Family and I stayed a few nights at the house. The home is huge and beautiful. Location was perfect. Our host was very attentive and communicative. Lots to do inside the home such as play with pool table, poker table, arcade (with tons of classic games), spa, swings on balcony (view of pond). Near Big bear lake and village. Had a great time, would definitely recommend.

We could only stay for 1 day due to our schedules. It was 7 adults and 9 kids (different age ranges). This stay was exceptional for all of us. The house was equipped with everything minus the food! We didn’t have to bring salt or pepper! Considering our large group everyone was comfortable and enjoyed every last second of it. Planning on a large group, definitely recommend staying here.

This beautiful home was the highlight of our trip! Loved the location, only 5 minutes from the grocery store and slopes. Fast replies to any questions we had prior to our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Our family and friends arrived to a spotless, beautiful home. So many amenities and super well stocked, they thought of everything. We rent often for our vacations and this home had the best supplies, cooking tools and ingredients that we have ever encountered . Towels were sumptuous. Manager was quick with responses to our questions and very thoughtful. Would definitely return if given the opportunity.

Big Bear getaway
We rented this absolutely amazing property for a long weekend. My daughter and my grandkids, age 2 and 4 , loved the room with the two beds, a futon bed and even a crib.
My older kids in their twenties loved all the space, and pool table room, and game room, etc.. This property was everything they advertised and more! Highly recommend it!

Very close to town and accessible. Michael the host was very communicative and helpful and kind the whole time and he really made the experience wonderful as well. We will definitely try to come back to this house again for a family reunion if we can! It was a great house and a good value.

Big Bear Summer Trip
This was an excellent choice for our family reunion. Plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms extremely nice, and a gourmet kitchen. as a suggestion, for a summer stay, it would be nice if there was more outdoor seating - there home has a very nice and large balcony, but only one small table with 4 chairs. But overall, highly recommended.

The house was beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very spacious (and we had 11 people). Most rooms had a bathroom ensuite which worked great for multiple families. Owner was nice and checked in on us. We would rent this home again.
