Enjoy sunsets and catch the dolphins frolicking in the Gulf from the enclosed lanai located in the front corner of the building. Gated entrance provides added safety and security. This unit is literally steps from the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bike/boat/umbrella rental, fishing charters, live music, a tiki bar and a grocery store. Everything you need for an easy, unforgettable vacation. We've got you covered. No carrying around a bunch of keys, we provide computerized, digital locks. No lugging chairs to the beach, loungers and beach chairs are provided for you. You'll also enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware you need. Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the condo has an open plan that joins kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy flow of about 1,000 square feet. The unit has two separate, private bedrooms, each with their own flat-screen cable TV, hair dryers, free wifi, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors that welcome in the cool Gulf breezes. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two full beds. The large, serpentine pool is heated year-round. Each unit comes with one covered parking space and extra spots for guest parking. For your convenience, luggage and grocery carts are available right outside the building door and plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site. Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away. A few miles north is St. Armand s Circle with trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. You're one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios. This unit was perfect for our family vacation! We loved how the lanai was incorporated into the unit by glass and mirrors. This is our favorite beach! We will definitely rent here again!

Great host and great property. The host went above and beyond with anything we needed. We would recommend staying here and staying at other properties they own.
The location and cleanness of property was exceptional. On top on that we had exceptional host. We will be back and will be recommending this property to all family and friends.
The host helped us tremendously with a hurricane coming through. They worked with us so we could evacuate the property timely and safely manner.
He have a 4 and 10 year old that were nervous about the storm coming.

The property is just as advertised facing the beach, spacious two bedroom 2 bathrooms, the showers had good force. The kids toys for my grandchildren was a good touch. The location to the vicinity is only 2 blocks from Trolley service and eateries. The owners were very prompt we needed batteries. My family was happy the beach is lovely and warm and easily accessible. Really a great stay would come back again .

This condo is perfect if you're looking for a beautiful beachfront location and view. It is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the property managers was great. Check in and check out process was seamless. We had a wonderful time and I would not hesitate to rent again.

Condo is on the fourth floor of a seven story building and is an end unit facing a water… Lovely view. Living area is expanded as the lanai has been made part of the living room. Great place to walk out right onto the beach. A good value for the price. If you want a pool on the beach side of the condo complex and newer/updated facility, you will need to spend 50 to 75% more. Enjoyed our stay – worked well for us!

Sister's trip
My sister and I had the most amazing time. Short step's to the beach and pool. Gated community and private beach made us feel so safe. Pavan was amazing. Answered every text and email quickly when we asked for information. The condo was right on the beach literally. Could not ask for a better place to spend 8 days with your sister.

Great vacation
Just returned from a week at Siesta Key. My wife and I had a great time. The weather was mostly perfect, the condo was clean and well stocked. The building is in a perfect and convenient location. The owners of the condo were very attentive and responsive to any question I had. We hope to go back in the future.

Couldn't be better!
The condo is right on the beach, and the sliding doors to open up to the outside are amazing. We opened them in the morning and at sunset (making sure to turn off the a.c.) to enjoy the sound of the surf and the fresh air...just perfect!

Everything about this unit was great. It was stocked well for cooking and just relaxing and watching TV.....from every room! And the view was fantastic. There are some water floats in the condo and beach chairs and lounges are supplied by the building, umbrellas can be rented right on the beach. The owners are spot on to deal with and I look forward to doing business with them again. This was my 4th trip to SK and I will return.

Perfect location
Our Family of six enjoyed every minute of our stay here in siesta key. The location couldn’t have been better with walking out on the most beautiful beach, plenty of eating options and shopping nearby. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. We loved Having access to the beach chairs on site as well.

We very much enjoyed staying in Siesta Key. What a pleasure waking up and being able to look at the ocean and the many people walking the beach. The area is great for sightseeing and the many great restaurants. The people were so friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Looking forward to returning.

The apartment couldn’t have a nicer location or position for views, sea breezes and sunsets. You feel like you’re right on the beach, even from the living room. Clean, comfortable. Nice kitchen. Beautiful beach with plenty of chairs. Parking spot. Good beds. Everything you need for a vacation in siesta key. We look forward to booking another time.

A Little Slice of Heaven
This condo was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. It has all the comforts of home and then some. Lounge chairs on the property were an added bonus. I would recommend this place for a stress-free vacation. The owners were very nice and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay.

Beach view is amazing and the the closed in balcony was ideal. You can open the doors when it's cool and close them off during the heat of the day to enjoy the view and AC.

Perfect Beach Front Property. Exactly as owners have advertised.
We enjoyed everything about this vacation rental . The owners have thought of everything to make the process of checking in and using their place so simple. So many good places to eat in the area. You can’t stay at a better beach with soft, white sand and it never gets hot. Lounge chairs are free. If you want to rent umbrella it is only $60 a week or $15 a day. You won’t find more beautiful sunsets over the ocean or seeing a full moon over the ocean. The view from your place is amazing. The owners will be available if you need them - only a call away and they want you to be comfortable with their home away from home. I can’t say enough about this place and location other than you will be very happy that you chose this one. Happy Vacationing.

Lovely sunsets
Excellent view! Pristine lodgings. Spacious two bedroom unit. Easy access to the beach on property. Owners supplied beach toys and boogie boards.
Owners were easy to work with and communicated helpful information. They even informed us that are unit was clean and ready for us 4 hours early.!
Only downside was the lack of an outdoor space to sit and listen to the waves while in the condo.
