Situated in Okaloosa Island, this charming condo for $319 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Emerald Grande is the PREMIER RESORT in Destin Mention your name and E309 at the reservation desk at the Emerald Grande as you check-in. You will enjoy three non-dedicated parking spaces in the gated parking area for owners and guests in the EG. Access it with your room key. The prices are deeply discounted, up to 50% of Emerald Grande regular rates. plus we cover the daily amenity fees of $33.50 per day. All services Emerald Grande includes are yours EXCEPT FOR daily room cleaning service, linen changes and towel exchange. VRBO operates like a timeshare in that respect. The Two large bedrooms have KING BEDS—each with private bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a JACUZZI and a private balcony. Both have direct access to a balcony. Each balcony has three chairs, rather than the normal two. The third bedroom, a Queen Bed, has a bathroom that is adjacent in the hallway to give access to guests without entering a bedroom. NEW WOOD FLOORS were installed for the 2016 season. Very few units at the Emerald Grande have this feature. NEW LEATHER FURNITURE was also added at that time: An Overstuffed LEATHER SLEEPER COUCH (with an awesome mattress and inclined headrest to watch TV), LEATHER LOVE SEAT and LEATHER CHAIR. Everything was installed to help maintain the highest level of cleanliness for a rental unit. A new SAMSUNG 4KHD 65" CURVED TV was added in the Living Room. Awesome color and sharp picture! Unique SPECIAL EFFECTS LIGHTS were added over the entire Kitchen Cabinets creating an atmosphere of peace for the evenings. A Breville BURR GRINDER COFFEE MAKER delivers an awesome cup of coffee. Bring your favorite coffee beans. The TWO BALCONIES overlook The Gulf, The Harbor and Harborwalk Village TWO ELEVATORS are twenty five feet from the room, just to the left of the registration desk next to a garage entrance, saving many steps in a very large complex—next best—you cannot hear them in the room. The trash room is around the corner. As a guest you will enjoy the special gated garage in the building by using your room key for access. Turn into the garage as you leave the registration desk. Look to your right about 100 feet and you will see a gated parking for owners and guests going up toward the second floor. Proceeding through the gate take two rights, make a left at the next turn and park there or close by. They will be two elevators that will take you to within 20 feet of your room, E309. If that floor is parked full, make four more right turns and park close to that area. Double elevators are a signal that you are at the right elevator. This is one of the LARGEST THREE BEDROOM—with THREE BEDS and a new Queen sofa sleeper in the Emerald Grande. ENJOY!
