Park Place Mount Blue Sky Condo is close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to this condo! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You’ve found a winner here! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar. You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! The property was very conveniently located. Walking distance to downtown. There is a free bus stop across the street to connect with the mountain and easy to ski 4 o clock trail all the way to the condo after a day on the mountain. Condo is on 3rd floor but not a bad walk up as we usually found a parking spot at the base of the stairs. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy but nice common space with fireplace allowed for hanging out. Did not use the hot tub facilities but condo had a nice steam shower. The decor in the condo is dated but is otherwise a great place to stay.

We stayed here with a family of four. The location was awesome. Directly across the street from downtown. In the morning we took the free shuttle right outside 1 stop to the lifts. At the end of the day you can ski down the 4 o'clock run to the condo. The condo was clean and offered plenty of space. We did not use the hot tub but that is on site but the next building over. Would stay here again.

The location was great. Definitely walking distance to peak 9 lifts. It also is a short walk from the 4 o’clock town run, if you want to end your ski day right at the condo.
It is important to note that the “hike” up to the condo from the parking lot is pretty strenuous. It’s three stories up and you’re at ~8k feet in elevation. There is no elevator, so just be ready to carry stuff up!

The location was great and the condo was perfect for my family and I. Location was great and close to everything and the staff/are locals were so friendly. I will definitely be coming back with my family to stay.

We had a good visit.
There was a problem with TV in bedroom and remote lacked batteries and the main chair in living room seemed to be broken. That being said-location is perfect for skiing and getting in and out of town.

Other than being a little dated, the condo was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Although a three-floor walk up did not appear to be an issue for us when we booked the trip, some in our group found the walk up to be exhausting due to altitude

Great Location with Plenty of Room in Breck
I've stayed in this complex (and, I believe, this unit) multiple times. It is well-appointed and spacious. The location is convenient for walking to skiing and anywhere in the village.

Summit Rentals was easy to work with. The unit is nice but lots of steps to get there. Some updates needed especially in the bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice and the Laundry was great to have in the unit. The kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed. Summer was a great time to go. So easy to walk to dinner and shopping. No need to drive except to the City Market grocery store.

The location of this condo is phenomenal. You are a block from downtown Breckinridge. We had four people and the condo was very roomie for four people, can fit six comfortably. I would rent this place agai.

Had a wonderful stay at this centrally located condo. Never had to use my car, and could get around Breckenridge pretty easily.
The property is spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen. Loved using the steam shower, or using the hot tub at night to relax before bed. Wifi worked great.

Overall the property is really good. The only downsides are it is on the 3rd floor, and this is no elevator. There is also no equipment storage on the lower level, so you have to carry your gear up 3 flights while in ski boots (or leave them in the car at night) The property is about about a 10 min walk from main street, which is good if you like night life, but requires a 1/3 mil walk to the bus that takes you to the gondoal, that takes you to the mountain. its 30-45 minutes from walking out the door, until you get to the mountian lift, and on weekends is another 15-20 min wait in line.. so from putting boots on, to starting skiing was a hour. And that was not right at open, or close. you CAN ski back to less than a 1/4 mile away from the property, which is nicer than riding the gondolas. Breskenridge in general is not a location friendly resort, regardless of where you stay. At the end of the day, almost everyone has to get on the general to ride back down to parking lots. at least with tis property, at the end of they day you can follow the "lower 4 oclock" run almost back to the property, There is even a sign that says "PARK PLACE" on that trail, so you know where to stop and go towards the property. Thermostats in each bedroom as well as the main area is nice. only used 1 bed, but it was memory foam, and super comfortable.. gas fireplace is more of a comsetic thing, it didnt seem to produce much heat in the room.

We have visited Breckenridge numerous times and decided to plan our Christmas/New Years here with our kids this year. Upon arrival, the management did an amazing Job and was very helpful. I give Summit a 5 star for their professionalism. The property and unit however are not. The hot tub was not working, and you have to book a time for hot tub/ swimming pool use with the community HOA. It states you cn begin booking at 10AM the day before.... We tried, and at 10AM all spots were full for the next day.(strike1) We planned this trip and booked this condo as a ski in condo..... No one made mention that we needed to pre purchase our lift tickets online. When we arrived I went to purchase lift tickets and was told I had to purchase online. This is when I found out they were sold out.....I was never told this might be an issue and I paid a premium for this property on a holiday week. (strike2). The master bedroom heater didn't always want to cooperate and so the master bedroom was cold most of the time. The beds were less than impressive and the blankets and sheets were from walmart in the 60's/70's. The kitchen was missing numerous things needed for cooking such as mixing/serving bowls, the couches ware extremely wore out as you sink to the floor when sitting in them, the reclines was hard to work, and the fireplace would come on and go off as it wished while the timer was on. Had there been better communication about the lift tickets and ability to do anything from ice skating, to snow cat rides and snowmobile rentals, or even go shopping or to lunch or dinner without reservations or pre booking months in advance, I would not be so harsh on this property.

Great location
Property is moderate to poor in condition; location is awesome as it is just steps from Main Street. Everything works and the bathrooms and kitchen are updated. The many aged home decor items make the property cluttered - removing them would make the place feel cleaner. Furniture is fine but worn.

Great property - Can't fit 8 adults
Everything about this property, the owners, check in process, location, etc. are great. But, don't expect to fit 8 adults in here (unless you want 3 adults in the king bed). That's my only complaint. Would still recommend.

Great Once We Were In
The property is great and the location is fantastic for easy access to and from the slopes. The unit is on the third floor, so steps are involved. The accommodations are exactly as advertised. My only issue was with the checkin process. It was a debacle! Late check in procedure requires going to the office and picking up a packet with the keys (no electronic access to the unit seems antiquated these days). Our packet was mislabeled and I was lucky to find it among all the packets. Once I had my packet, the keys would not open the unit. I went back to see if my keys were in some other packet. No luck. I notice the keys I had were for a neighboring unit so, so I tried that unit. Keys worked, but unit occupied. All along I’m calling the management company, but they only give you a night service number for maintenance issues. Finally someone from the management company calls and brings me the right keys after I’ve made three trips to the office.
Overall, good facility, especially the location, but horrible management was my experience.

Comfortable and Great Location
Although the building is getting older, it was well-maintained and clean. The accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated having a locker for our skis outside the door. The ability to catch the shuttle bus across the street was very convenient and finishing the day by skiing to our building was a bonus.
