Situated in Telluride, this charming house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 1,200 sq. ft. home in Telluride can sleep up to 7 (1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 3 twin beds). It has with 2 full baths, a stand-up kitchen with gas range and dishwasher. The living room with a gas fireplace looks directly toward Ballard and Wasatch Mountains. Other amenities include wifi, a laundry closet with washer/dryer, and great views of Ingram Falls, Bear Creek and the ski area. Located only 3 blocks from Colorado Avenue (aka "Main St."), on the sunny side of town next to the Telluride Historical Museum, shopping, dining, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking are all within easy walking distance from the front door. There is 1 parking space for off-street parking and a “G” Zone pass to display on the rear-view mirror for a second vehicle to park on the street in the immediate neighborhood. This house has been in our family since 1963 and was renovated and enlarged in 1998. Currently, the front portion of the property includes a separate residence with a full-time occupant. Tomboy Road begins right behind the house and is a starting point for several hikes and high basin adventures. The neighborhood is entirely residential, with the exception of the Telluride Historical Museum, and is a quiet retreat from the activities downtown. The gondola and Lift #8 are a short 6-block walk from the house. This is a non-smoking house and no pets of any kind are allowed. Telluride Business License # 016816

A great place to stay. There was only three of us and we had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, we cook every night. Again a great place for small groups.

This place was fabulous! Our group of 6 had plenty of space and the location was awesome—close to everything but a few blocks off the Main Street, so it was quiet. Some of the twin beds were maybe not the comfiest, but it was adequate. We found this place clean and well-stocked, and everything worked well. We would definitely return!

This property was perfect for our group! The location of the property was great! We were able to enjoy the beautiful town and a short walk to the gondola to explore mountain village! The hosts were very quick to respond and give information! Hopefully when we come back this property will be available!

Any location in Telluride is usually a great one, but this place was right next to the museum and our family enjoyed visiting right next door. We also spent a lot of time at town park and telluride academy and this was a nice location for both. Gordon and Lissa were great hosts and their place was perfect for our family of 6.

This house had everything we were looking for—great floor plan, good appliances & stocked kitchen, close proximity to town and very helpful hosts! Maybe a bit upgrading with the linens would be nice and they were a old. But overall, a good experience!

After battling with the airline over a cancelled flight, we arrived late on our check-in day. The house was perfect and within walking distance of everything. Great place to store skis and such! The view off the small porch or out the front windows of the mountains was excellent. The owners were amazing and fast in their communication, and even offered a free night if our plane had been delayed a full day!! Would very much stay again! May head back to visit in the summer and get our hike on!

Lissa and Gordon's home is just perfect for a family and we all loved it, with is mezzanine where we played games and its fireplace to warm up after a day of ski. Lissa and Gordon are top hosts, very helpful and supportive, and very responsive. If we ever come back to Telluride, we won't think twice and go back to this same place.

We loved this property! It was exactly what it advertised to be and then some. Immaculate, quiet, comfortable, fully equipped and I can’t wait to stay there again in the future. The owner Lissa was great! Very kind, organized and communicative.

Wonderful property that was a much needed retreat for my family of 5 in Telluride. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and gave us all the information we needed about the property and town before we arrived. It is a 2 block walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and just a short walk to the park and hiking trails. We didn’t need our car at all after we arrived. I would highly recommend this rental, we loved our time there!

Their home is tucked away just up the hill from the mainstream of Telluride. Just close enough, but quiet and peaceful. There is a beautiful mountain view from the large living room window! Perfect for just a couple, but can easily accommodate a large family.

Owners are great, responsive, clear communication, and did an incredible job with this historic home renovation. Great ski storage, pots pans, everything we needed. House is a little walk from Gondola but we enjoyed the walk only 10 minute walk. Home is on the and quiet and sunny side of town. Perfect house for a couple in master bedroom with teenage kids in loft. We will be back in this house in the future, great value, and pride knowing the owners put their hearts into this home. Thank You!!!
