It was a comfortable cozy cottage ! With fluffy towels and a comfortable bed! Had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! A very good location, close to airport and all the things we wanted to do!!

We were in Arcata to visit out son and his family. We adore staying at this "little home away from home" and will return often. It has everything we need and is spotless.

It was a wonderful little cottage, very cozy. The ranch setting was nice, and the sheep were fun to see. All the amenities were perfect. It was a little difficult to find at night in the dark but still manageable. We'll definitely stay there again!

Overall the property is great and centrally located to just about everything you want to see and do in Humboldt County.Great place to relax and wind down.Little house with lots of good memories.Second time we have stayed here and will stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage. It was so peaceful and cozy. Loved hearing the sheep. Everything we needed was available, with the bonus of fresh pears awaiting our arrival! Everything was clean and the fireplace was just one more cozy luxury!!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was a small, out of the way place in a quiet rural location, and yet it was a great base for visiting Arcata, Eureka and the surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was equipped with just about everything that anyone could need, including a washer and dryer in the shed next door. It was nice to look out at the sheep and chickens!

A very lovely cottage. Private, quiet, clean, neat,and well equipped. Had everything we needed and then some. Had a porch to sit and enjoy the peacefulness with a cup of coffee. The friendly sheep were an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

This place looks exactly like the pictures online. The home is tiny but cozy, and the sheep are adorable and friendly. My partner and I made this our base camp while we explored the redwoods in the area, and it was a perfect place to come back for a shower, dinner, and relax time after a full day of hiking. Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. Especially enjoyed the sheep. We are animal lovers and loved the feeling of being surrounded by the sheep. Everything went very smoothly. Only thing that could have been better was the lack of air conditioning. I couldn't have the windows open due to my allergies and we got pretty stuffy in there at night.

This property is one-of-a-kind! The sheep are quiet at night, and when let out of the barn in morning are delightful! If you're lucky, they come up to the gate and say, "hi". The cottage is cozy, bed very comfortable, bathroom complete with handheld shower head now, and high-end bath supplies in a cute basket. Kitchen has everything, including Pete's dark coffee - perfect! Loved being here - hope to meet Angela next time!

We come to the Arcata area several times to visit our son and grandson, and we are so happy that we chose to stay at this charming cottage for this trip. The cottage was sweet and cozy and fully equipped with all the amenities we could ever need. A beautiful bathroom, cozy den/kitchen set up complete with a little gas fireplace heater, and a big comfy bed. The decor was charming and we look forward to staying here on all of future trips.

Really enjoyed staying on this sheep farm! Perfect for working remotely for a month although my nose was glued to the window all day watching the sheep. Very central and easy to pop over to numerous hikes and downtown Arcata or downtown Eureka. Angela was super friendly and even gave me fresh eggs! Hoping to come back next year.

The Jacoby Creek cottage is just as it looks online- clean and absolutely lovely! Having the sheep as neighbors was just wonderful- I had no idea how cute their faces were and they are incredibly quiet at night. Angela is an excellent host and responds to messages immediately.

Very enjoyable! The house was just the right size for two. Really clean and neat. Had everything we needed. Cozy and very nicely decorated. Angela and her family were wonderful. Location was very convenient. Felt like being in the country, but not too far from shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. We've stayed in various rental properties but never had sheep, chickens, dogs and cats to greet us every day. We loved it and would love to go back! Thanks for the fresh eggs, too!
