This was a business trip for me and my husband more than pleasure but the oceanfront made it feel so relaxing. Everything worked just fine and it was cleaned well. I'd love to give it a 10/10 but there are some things I feel could be improved upon. The balcony furniture was old and corroded and just unpleasant to sit on. The jetted tub was not cleaned properly. I bring my own cleaner for jetted tubs when I travel and while it wasn't a nightmare, it wasn't pleasant to clean out before use either. The decor is quite dated but I don't think it's the rental company's fault. Checking in was tricky just because of the length of our drive and the closing time of the office. That being said I did my best to communicate and they were able to accommodate us with arrival after their working hours. Honestly it was lovely overall the view and sound of the ocean while sleeping at night was worth it all! The few things I personally felt needed attention are minute when it comes to the affordability and location. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family (myself and my husband and our 3 kids ages 13, 9, and 8) had such a wonderful time. The managing staff of this location were excellent to work with. When we can afford it, we will buy at this building, this location, and have these property managers manage it for us! We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Thank you for making it so easy!

The mattresses are old and dirty and pretty much wore out. Piles of dust behind furniture we had to move to reach plug-ins, and general dusting needed to be done. Otherwise we really loved the place. I have stayed in a lot of beach rentals and this one was very nicely furnished and beautiful artwork.

Had a very enjoyable experience at this condo AFTER we did some cleaning. The bedspreads smelled and were dusty. The couch smelled if urine and the rugs on the floor were filthy. We know you would have sent housekeeping but they would not likely do more than dust. This condo needs a deep clean. Location was beautiful and facilities good.. L
