Not only is it a great summer lake house, snowbirds love the winters relaxing in the large patio with the lake view, listening to the birds and other sounds of nature and the sunsets are amazing! Amazing lake view! You won't be disappointed! Great location!

Shawn is really communicative and responsive. No major problems while we were there. The backyard is a great space, and the AC was nice and cold. Living room is comfortable with a nice TV, and there are plenty of beds and extra covers. This house is great even if you just want to spend your trip indoors or in the backyard. The shutters allow you to make the place really dark so sleeping in is not a problem. Plenty of parking.

We had a wonderful time here. We had communication with the property owner the entire time. He was even kind enough to check in to see if we were still having a good time. Our children loved the pool table and the pool. I absolutely loved that the pool was gated off very safe for the little ones we had. Overall will look forward to booking here again next time we want to come back.

Plenty of space and bedrooms. The kitchen has a nice selection of appliances. Pool was awesome. And any questions and concerns were handled promptly and efficiently! Loved the view!

This home is clean and well taken care of. Our family of 6 (adult/teen children) had a great stay! We loved the pool table and appreciated all the games provided. The pool was nice and we wish we could have used it more, but the weather didn't cooperate. Lounging deck furniture was perfect though! There was great communication with the host when we had questions, even over the holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was in great shape and conveniently located. The hosts had a book on local attractions and how to operate the TVs, Wifi and other appliances. The book was a nice touch, but needs updating as a few of the things in the book contradict each other since they were between internet companies and the wifi password was wrong and some TV remotes we no longer needed.

We along with our adult son, his family and our adult daughter with her daughter stayed in this home for a nice vacation. This house is very nice for family’s with small children. The pool area is separated by a gate for added security. Owners are quick to respond with any questions or needs. Highly recommend for your next Havasu vacation!

Worst experience Ever!!! Contacted the owner that we had we asked for it early check in and she said yes we arrived to the house and called for the code to get in she would not answer her phone we were outside of her house in weather of 110° for about 45 minutes with children They were hot And tired from our long trip and had to go potty but no answerwe kept on calling her she wouldn’t answer we had to reach out to Venmo we finally got into the house and found that the house was very dirty tub was filled with scum counters on the kitchen were sticky sheets and pillowcases were dirty comforters were stain we found a mouse in the house and used her broom to kill it!!!! was disgusting !!! I would never recommend this home!!!!! And to top it off Home owner blaming us for all the dirtiness in the house!!!! And charged us for some thing we did not do to her home I will say we did break the broom in order to kill the mouse!!!! Which she also charged us for her broken broom we were charge a total of 525.00

This home away from home was amazing. It has everything you would need. The pool area and patio seating were a great gathering for BBQ with our friends and the kids enjoyed hanging out in the pool. We were able to fit the boat under the car port up front and it had enough parking space for our large truck. I would definitely stay at this home again. Owners were quick to respond with a question I had. Didn't think we would play with the pool table but the adults had fun playing and watching movies. Great home and very spacious. Look forward to next time.

Our family group of 4 adults and 4 children stayed here for a few nights for our annual lake havasu trip. As pretty much every other review says, the house was clean, well-stocked and conveniently located close to the lake. The kids loved the pool and pool table! Shawn was great to work with, and quickly addressed the only minor issue that we encountered. I recommend this home to anyone, and we’re looking forward to coming back next year!

Great place to stay! We had a large group and we fit perfectly in this house! The house is nice and clean and has just about everything you may need. Check in and out is super easy. House isn't to far from the lake which is perfect ! The owner is so nice and makes sure you are well taken care of ! Definitely would recommend this house!

Wonderful home for our family of 8. We stayed with our 6 children ages 2-16 and everyone was comfortable. The pool and the pool table was a great hit the older kids. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and we felt very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.
