The 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom Island O'Aces has its own large private (optional HEATED) pool & direct beach access with one of the shortest boardwalks to the beach in Port Aransas. We have over 200 Dvd movies, an abundant of boogie boards, beach and pool toys. (bring your own life preservers and always provide parental supervision as their are not lifeguards at the pool or on the beach) Inquire for monthly rates. _________________ To Summarize The Island O'Aces: The 3 master bedrooms each have: - King size bed - Private Bath - SMART TV The 3 secondary bedrooms each have: - 2 Queen size beds - Jack/Jill bath on 1st floor - Shared Bath on 3rd floor - SMART TV. First Floor: 1 Master Bedroom/Bath, 1 Secondary Bedroom/Bath, Laundry Room, Large 2 Car Garage, Kitchenette, Living/Game Room (includes Bumper Pool/Poker Table, 50+inch SMART TV), Private Pool, Patio & BBQ. Second Floor: 2 Master Bedrooms/Baths, Powder Room, Huge Kitchen with Double Oven, Dining & Living Room (includes a Poker/Dining Table, 60" SMART TV and DVD Player with over 200 DVD Movies and an Oversized Balcony with Views of the Gulf. Third Floor: 2 Secondary Bedrooms and a Full Bathroom with 2 vanity areas. _________________ For a more elaborate description.... As you walk into the front door, you'll be 'wowed' by the beautiful Caribbean stained concrete floors with 'Island' feel throughout. Before getting to the Game Room to the back of the house, you'll pass by the laundry room, your first floor master, secondary bedroom and bathroom with full tub/shower. The Kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a 3 in 1 Game Table to play Bumper Pool, Poker or Dine. The Game Room offers comfortable leather seating, a 55" SMART TV and DVD Player. The entire Game Room overlooks the patio and private pool out back which is where the 'O'Aces' in our name came from (a play on words to point out the pool out back and the multiple card tables). There is an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the pool. The second floor offers 2 Private Masters at the front of the house and powder room. The middle and back of this floor is wide open and Grand in size! The 12 foot dining table seats 14-16, The 14 foot island seats 6 and The Poker/Craps/Dining table seats 8 With this size crowd, we've included a double oven as well! There is a convenient computer nook in the back corner to stage your laptops, tablets and charge your cell phones. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa, love seat, 2 chairs, a 60" SMART TV & DVD Player. The 3rd floor simply includes 2 more secondary bedrooms each with their own SMART TV that share a full bathroom. The bathroom has 1 sink but 2 separate vanity areas. Each full bathroom has built in 1875 watt hairdryers for your convenience. (2 hair dryers in the 3rd floor bathroom) The Island O'Aces is a fully furnished Beach House that includes everything you need for the kitchen, bath towels and bed linens. With the 3 master bedrooms and 3 secondary bedrooms, it's perfect for multiple families. You will be so glad you chose The Island O'Aces. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and close to everything! We are a group of 17 girl first cousins ranging from 50s to 70s. This home is the perfect place for us to gather together to reminisce and enjoy each others company. Some of us only get to see each other once a year and this home is the perfect spot. A beautiful home and we look forward to coming back next year.

The pictures don’t do this beautiful house justice . It’s so much nicer than it looks online. The location is outstanding and there was so much room for everything ! Hoping to book again soon !

The property was awesome. Biggest downside was parking and the first floor had broken chair. Freezer downstairs did not work. I put an ice cream cake in their when we arrived and woke up next day to melted ice cream. Owner was great but I didn’t compare to her at all.

This was our favorite house we have rented in our 6 years of visiting Port A. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Plenty of room for everyone to have space. We loved being by the board walk for easy beach access. The door to the pool has an alarm which made everyone rest easy knowing a little kid can't fall in the pool unknown. HIGHLY recommend this home.

The home is very well maintained and the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Our group enjoyed the poker table and the bumper pool table. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend this home!

We rented this home for a long weekend for 8 adults and 4 children three years and under. The house was well suited for our needs and thankfully we had the heated pool since the weather was cold, rainy and windy. The pool was used a lot! There was plenty of room indoors for games and activity when it was stormy. We enjoyed the home and will likely rent again during a better beach time of year! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with our family.

This was our second year to stay at Island Oasis. It is perfect for our family of 12 as everyone has their own space. Check in was a little dicey as the code we were given didn't work. The owner gave us a new temporary code that worked and said she would get us a code the next day. We never did hear back from her and the temporary code stopped working. We ended up leaving the pool door unlocked when we left, which wasn't great but better than pushing one of the teens up to the balcony floor to let us in - which we had to do once! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we love being so close to the beach. We would definitely recommend this home!

Such an amazing weekend, thanks to this amazing place!!
I’m leaving a review months later because it seems I forgot at the time, but the house in Port Aransas could truly have not been any better. We had a gathering there for Sandfest and my neighbor’s birthday. The house is brand new and so sparkling clean. They had everything one needed for cookwear and all of the amenities for a relaxing stay- games and comfy furniture - sooooo much seating everywhere - it was awesome there was so much lovely natural light in the rooms, but you could also really rest there. The porches were great and the pool was incredible under shade so no sunburns for our neighbors teenager, who basically lived there when not at the beach :). It was quiet while we were there - no partying like mentioned in other reviews. We wouldn’t have cared, but everyone was respectful. Pretty much all the other houses are rentals, so you never know what neighbors will show up, but we had very friendly ones. So close to the beach and just the perfect spot to stay. No complaints and we will be back! Memorable weekend all around. Thanks to our host!

The pool was perfect for our kids and the pool door has an alarm which was fantastic. The house itself is lovely, very clean, and comfortable. We loved the second story porch - you can even see the beautiful ocean! We didn’t have time to play, but there were plenty of fun games. The kitchen was great to work in and extremely well stocked. It was just wonderful for our group! Chantel was easy to communicate with and responsive. We truly had a great trip and enjoyed our stay!

House is beautiful and the pictures don’t show how big and well kept it is. One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen. Very clean. Everything is labeled, even light switches, so you know where everything goes. Plenty of hooks for hanging wet stuff (this is great as most places have no where to hang anything!). Plenty of storage for food. There’s soap, travel sized toiletries, and face wipes in all the 6 bathrooms. Plenty of bath and dish towels (no beach or pool towels though). A few pool toys. Many games puzzles, and movies. A smart tv in every room. Two spacious living areas and huge table for 14 in kitchen. The onlynegatives are the pillows are not great (beds are just fine though), and the homes are very close together (a hair’s width apart) so there is no outdoor privacy. The beach is a two minute walk across the pedestrian bridge- very convenient. Note that there is not much at all to do in the immediate area other than hang on the beach- so be aware of that. If you want to simply hang at a great house close to a beach this is a really great house.
