Beds good. Linens good. Decor is ok. Spacious. Location good for us. Large soiled spot on living room carpet. Walked around it. Liked the convenience and would do it again.

This was our second time to stay at the Heritage Ct. apartments. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for our 3-day stay. It's located close enough to everything but in a very quiet area. The apartments are decorated so nicely with modern and vintage pieces that make them very charming and homey. We ate breakfast in but didn't cook. The kitchen seems to be well enough equipped for basic meals though. I did enjoy a short swim in the pool this year and really enjoyed it in the hot weather. My only recommendation for future renters would be to bring your own pillow if you like it firm. The ones here are very soft and fluffy. Hopefully we can get one of the Heritage Ct apartments for our annual football kickoff next year.

The apartment was just like in the pictures, was clean and check in was really easy, free parking and quiet neighborhood. It is located about 10-15 from everything we wanted to visit, super convenient.

The property was located near my Daughter-in-Law's and Grandson's apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood but near restaurants, grocery stores and other retail, all within easy walking distance for me. It was clean and comfortable. The manager is one I've stayed with in the past. She does a great job. I would highly recommend both the property and the manager.

We had a very good experience staying at the Heritage Suites. It is an older property but the interior was well maintained and clean. We did wish the shower put out a stronger spray though.

We have stayed in this apartment several times. With our son being stationed down in Kansas. We love it here! Everything you need and you feel like you’re home! Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us throughout the years!

loud people above us stayed up late walking back and forth til around 1:30am very heavy walkers and then got up early. Otherwise it was good place to stay nice, quite (except for people walking above us all the time when we wanted to sleep) and clean.

Amazing location for us and our pups. The park is just across the street and they enjoyed every minute of it. There is a dog park at Cico, and plenty of other outdoor activities. The apartment was cozy, a bit dated, but we really enjoyed our stay. The location in the building is great as in there’s no others living on the same floor because of the office. Would stay again!

Very clean. Pictures are accurate, furniture is functional not much more. Cable tv was not active. But internet was. Only one working light in the kitchen. Eastern bedroom was bright in the AM if you work late or sleep in not ideal. Had to ask for access details and then ask for actual unit number not in the listing. Responsive communication.

I highly recommend this rental; it’s true to the description. This was my 2nd time staying in the rental complex. Very convenient to get around Manhattan, and the park across the street is a bonus. Good place to to work from as well, if needed.

I am not sure how else to put it, the BNB was amazing. Everything that i literally forgot was already there. It was clean, it was close to many major attractions that i wanted to see. The host was very friendly and helpful. I am TOTALLY re-booking this property again!
