The place was very clean, spacious for an apartment. Beds were very comfortable. They could use another skillet or two in the kitchen and some pot holders and dish towels. We got there on a warm day and the place was hot and AC was clearly not working. Had to make several attempts to contact owners to get a response. Finally got resolution at 11pm at night with window air conditioners. AC was fixed the next day , but still was not contacted until I reached out that all was working again. All in all- we enjoyed our stay and the VRBO worked great for our family. Do be aware - this unit is on the 3rd floor. Plenty of stairs to climb.

Our regular go-to when we visit Manhattan to see my son and his family. Always pleasant. Top elements:-clean and well stocked-S-P-A-C-I-O-U-S-quiet-comfortable furniturePoorest elements:-TV control is impossible to determine making TV impossible to watch-bed pillows were flat and lumpy at the same time, very badlyThis is a VRBO BYOP (pillow, that is)
