Heritage Suites always comes through for us when we stay in Manhattan. The hosts are communicative and responsive. The apartments are clean and quiet.

Heritage Suites has consistently provided clean and comfortable accommodations for us for more than 10 years. The apartments are located reasonably close to everything we need in Manhattan and having the huge park across the street is a plus.

Hold to get ahold of Property manager. Not enough blankets, window coverings let in too much light, mold in grout in bathroom, tub didn’t drain and sink faucet leaked. Also showed picture of cozy fire but no supplies or instructions about how to use fireplace.
