About this house rental
Situated in Long Neck, this charming house for $410 per night is a great option for your next trip. Tan lines will fade, but memories will last forever in this relaxing home. Located steps from the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this beautiful home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on the reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. My family had a great experience at Pot Nets bayside community. I was very happy to include our new puppy on this vacation. My girls last loved the layout of the home. The kitchen area was popular spot for everyone during the week. The pools were easy to locate and weren’t overly crowded. My husband enjoyed the golf cart and fishing off the pier.

Our overall stay was nice. There could be more attention given to some areas. The one bathtub drain had a clog. The toilet in the master bathroom was very unsteady and wobbly. The kitchen needs new pans. They were awful. When we arrived we tried to grill burgers and dogs, but our grill didn't work. A maintenance man happen to be passing pulled another grill from 2 rentals down. We pulled out the sofa bed at night time and pretzels and crud fell to the floor. Housekeeping obviously doesn't clean the sofa. For as much as a renter pays, close to $600 nightly, the place shouldn't have this many small issues.

We absolutely loved our Pot Nets vacation home and all the amenities that came with it. The house was clean when we arrived and the clean linens were convenient. We came with another family and our children had a blast riding the golf cart and their bikes around the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located near Paradise Grill where we found ourselves almost everyday. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downfall is we wished there was a cafe that we could ride the golf cart to and outdoor showers :)

Our daughter recommend this place so we figured why not🤷♀️. We were Highly surprised by the Pot-Net community! House was well maintained, clean & close to the beach/entertainment. Each morning took long walks around cmty w/🐩 ( she loved dog park) We encountered a small incident but the MGR took care of pronto ( TY!!) We highly recommended Pot-Nets ( no matter which you stay) to our Friends/Family back home. Hubbers & I are looking forward to returning. Next time will hit Beaches/Hiking trails 🏖🏕

We loved the accommodations. We had a wonderful time a d everything was so comfortable and clean. We did have a suggestion: since the beds were high...we had to purchase stools to climb Into bed. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in each bedroom. One bathtub was very slippery and as soon as water was turned on I slipped and fell. No damage just slid right down. Tub was clean but needed to be rinsed before using. We had a wonderful time. Would like to rent again, maybe summer. We are recommending to e eryone. Thank you!

Lots of dog hair and dust behind stands and under beds. Socks under the beds. The refrigerator filter needed changed, broken toilet seat. Lots of light bulbs that needed replaced. Barely had enough propane to cook steaks as spare propane tank was left in the open position. Its obvious furniture is never moved during cleaning. Not awful but enough for us not to want to return.

It was my husband and myself, with our son and his wife visiting from Dover AFB. It was a charming and spacious cottage. Bedrooms are big and master bath was huge. Couches are comfortable and great to snuggle up in to watch a good movie. The open concept allowed for us to be together while doing different things. Everything was spotless, and decorating very cozy. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans we needed. The is a dollar store close by for anything else you may need. We loved playing cards at the big dining room table with views of the water. Also, using the golf cart and going on walks, viewing all the Christmas lights. Down by the beach was a community Christmas tree. We did a day trip over the ferry to Cape May and visited the Jersey Alpaca Farm, and ate on Washington Street District. It had very cool shops and restaurants. That was a very fun day. All in all the trip was fabulous, quiet and just what we needed. The property manager, Debbie Wilhelm was wonderful, and had good communication with us. The internet didn’t work first night as described in the welcome book, however the small, small print on back of router got us the log in and password. We did not have cable TV all week but we brought our fire stick and watched Netflix and Hulu. Really not a lot of TV was needed in this lovely spot. More reconnecting and making memories. We are making plans to return when my son gets back from Deployment. I recommend staying in this beautiful cottage.

Great place, great location, horrible booking process.
My family and I booked this place for a long weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The area was very nice as well with water views, boat docks, fishing piers and playgrounds for the kids. The golf car was a hit as well and fun for the whole family.

The location of this home was ideal in relation to where other family members were staying. We'd stayed in the same house several years ago. After this stay, we're hesitant to return to this rental because of the lack of "deep" cleaning, worn furniture, and limited kitchen supplies. Additionally, the pull-out mattress was disgusting! On a positive note, the layout is appealing; we liked the mattress in the MBR. We suggest having 2 twin beds in one of the rooms. The fan on the porch needs to be fixed- honestly, we think only one worked years ago. Furniture that can be easily cleaned (consider indoor/outdoor pillows) would be better. For the cost, include items that are up to date and useful- Keurig, welcome basket- water bottles, snacks (inexpensive in bulk), just anything that screams "welcome!" The toilet paper was very cheap- but appreciated- and we needed to purchase more. Hotels offer simple conveniences as do Bed and Breakfasts- it's the simple things that folks appreciate especially when traveling. Paradise Grill was very disappointing in not having take out- perplexed! The ice-cream stand closed at 8:30 PM (or sometimes 9:00 PM), regardless we saw a mother and 4 children turned away just before 8:30 PM; we gave them ice cream we'd bought to go. Customer service was not welcoming w/ the exception of those "sitting" at the entrance to the beach- very happy folks!
