About this house rental
Situated in Long Neck, this lovely house for $430 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beach More, worry less relaxing on the back porch overlooking the marina! Located near the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The open living area that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room is great for family entertaining. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it in your reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. The home we stayed in was lovely. The ceiling fans on the porch, front and back or broken, the bed dipped down on either side, so there was a big lump in the middle, but it was bearable, other than that everything about the house was absolutely fantastic. The golf carts could use some updating , we had a problem with the first one had no headlights, and the second one had no light to tell you whether you were running out of power or not, so it was a guessing game. The area was lots of fun. I think there should be an option for early check-in, because 4 o’clock is a little bit late. It’s great that Giant the grocery store delivers to the area and you can set the time for after you check in. I would definitely recommend staying in pot nets for sure.

Overall the house and community were excellent. Great location, very clean and community amenities were amazing. our only issue was our golf cart charger was broken, which was to be a huge part of our Pot Nets experience. We were told the cart maintenance team doesn't work on weekend so we had no cart for most of our stay and were told they are "complimentary", so we were not able to receive any type of credit for this inconvenience which we found very disappointing.

We love staying at Regatta Bay. The location is nice and we love how you can see the boats come in and out while sitting on the back porch. The rental itself is beautiful, well stocked with dishes,etc.and clean and close(but not too close)to all the action from the Paradise Grill. We all love the access to a free golf cart for the week..esp.our grandchildren! We all love everything about it and can't wait to go back next year!

We loved everything about our stay @ the Regatta Bay @ Potnets Bayside. It's a very lovely,well kept, home equipped with many amenities.We had fun @the Paradise Grill just a short walk from the home. We and our grandchildren had such fun riding around Bayside in the golf car which was also provided to us for our stay.We would highly recommend staying @ the Regatta Bay @ Potnets.We had such a wonderful time!

My week get away in the Regatta Bay Rental was amazing. We had to luxury of being so close to the community beach, dock where we crabbed, and paradise where we got food and drinks from. The golf cart was a huge asset, we enjoying taking rides on it throughout the community and it carried all our beach supplies. The house was very clean, spacious and beautiful. Loved it!

This was a great vacation for the whole family. Plenty to do...beach, boat, walk, bike. House is in great location, private back covered porch, very clean and spacious. Great for entertaining. Nice amount of small appliances. Tons of closet space. Golf cart was a HUGE bonus and shed made it convenient to hold bikes, life jackets, etc. This was our first trip and it was a lot of fun.

Sad you cant enter till 4pm. Unpack, eat, clean up then bed with kids. Same as leaving by 10am. Get up, eat then lv. Arrived for the 1st time ever here and didnt get any info on happenings. Entered house and house warm. Took awhile to cool it down and we were all hot from moving around. Put stuff, not much at all, in the fridge and ice maker wasnt doing anything. Freezer wasnt cooling fast enough. Cant believe it wasnt on for arriving guest. Found a smoker detecter missing right outside the kitchen by living room. Just wires hanging. Called to talk to the office but after hrs. Left msg but nobody called back. Went to the office the next day and was told yes we got that call. Gave them my list if about 5 things. They took it and said tks. I was planning on going to the beach for the day but missed a call from the office but read the email. Earlier guest spilled on the couch n stanley steamer coming out but i didnt need to be there. I had a dog and jewelry n money there so yes i did. 4hr window which now ruined my 2nd day there. They never came during the 2wks there to fix the smoke detector. Took 2 days for ice to make and fridge/freezer to cool and we were not in it much. For the price paid for 2wks i did not get my monies worth. Noise and traffic from paradise grill on weekends was crazy. Would have been nice to know that sprinklers were auto in rhe yard so we didnt get wet. Also need to inform guest workers will be walking around outside your place doing stuff. Batteries dead in tv charger in 1st use. Toilet rocked in 1 bath and seat loose in one. Shower door off track. It appears its all about the money and not the renter. Wont go back.

Perfect stay
The entire weekend was lovely. The property is in a great location, walking distance (or short ride via golf cart) to the restaurant, small beach, and playground. It is a relatively short drive to Rehoboth restaurants and boardwalk. The property itself was exactly as pictured - spacious rooms, the outdoor space was ideal for our 3 year olds to play, and everything was nicely furnished and very clean. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. The house was just what we needed to celebrate thanksgiving with our teenage son and daughter. They loved walking on the beach, however, cold they enjoyed it.
