About this house rental
Located in Long Neck, this charming house for $500 per night is a great choice for your next break. Nothing soothes the soul like a day at the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the spectacular sunrise and sunset views from the open front porch. Located on the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing your pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. We had a wedding at the Clubhouse at Baywood. We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

We stayed at 547; Summer Breeze which is right on the marina and directly across from Paradise Grill. The house is pet friendly so my biggest concern was cleanliness. Happy to report my allergies didn't act up at all! No signs of animal smells anywhere. Large kitchen and living room as well as a large master bathroom. Large roofed deck to sit and listen to Paradise Grills entertainment. Kids loved the golf cart, pools and beach. Service was responsive. May be pricey for some but if not well worth the money😊

Overall we had a wonderful time at our stay at Summer Breeze. I do feel that the unit could use a little sprucing upas it's showing its age a little. Fresh paint, new pillows on couch, area rugs cleaned. We will be back but possible to a fresher unit

The house was everything we thought it would be. We absolutely loved it and it was very clean. The community was just ok. We found that there wasn’t much to do with the kids. The pool was nice but it closed at 6. We often weren’t home until 5. and the golf cart was a hit for sure. The “beach” wasn’t nice enough to swim in and the restaurant was really loud with bad music. If I didn’t have the kids with me I’d have been fine. The beaches were really far with traffic in consideration.

We had a great stay at Summer Breeze! House is pretty, decorated in bright and stylish way. Three nice size bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfy. The porch is amazing with great views and fun to listen to the bands playing at Paradise Grill. The golf cart was a great addition to this house. The house was well stocked with dishes and pans. Linens provided was a huge help. There were even hangers in the closets (that are huge) and dish soap and laundry soap. The beach at Pot-Nets was very pleasant. Wish we had a boat! Great stay! The location of Pot-Nets is about a 40 minute to Reheboth but there are some cute restaurants and grocery stores about 10 minute drive.

We love coming here every year. The house is perfect for our family and the location is great. This year the house was a little "dirty". There was trash under the beds, behind the washer and dryer and the between stove was completely dirty. We turned it on to warm it up before cooking and it set the entire house alarms off and took us a while to get the smoke heads to clear.

This was our 3rd July 4th family get together at Pot-Nets. Rentals and by far the least desirable experience. Upon arrival we found two full trash cans that would not get emptied for 4 days. Several kitchen cabinets were broken and the outdoor ceiling fans did not work. Additionally, there was trash under the beds. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, and was not as well equipped as our previous stays. Several texts and emails to out management contact were left unanswered as well as our maintenance requests. All and all, we like Por-Nets and all it has to offer, but this rental really put a damper on our vacation. We paid a premium price, for mediocre service. It was truly disappointing as we were loyal return customers.

Had a great relaxing time. Golf carts were great. Brought our paddle boards and the beach was an excellent area to paddle board. Friendly people. Very disappointed that the pools were closed and we were not told in advance. In fact, we have discussed the use of the pool passes. Also, the last morning as we were getting up at 515, the power went off in the whole area for an hour which is no ones fault.

Overall, we loved our stay at summer breeze! It was in the perfect location. 4 minute to Paradise Grill and a 4 minute walk to the beach. Having a golf cart to be able to go around the community was a great amenity! We especially loved the Pot Nets beach on Pot Nets property. Because it was private, it was never crowded. The pools were also a great option for when the beach was too hot. We loved the keyless entry to the home so we didn't have to worry about keys. The property always had hot water and had a huge refrigerator to hold all of our drinks/food. The deck and the deck furniture was the best part of this house because we could sit outside morning, afternoon, night and listen to music from Paradise Grill and stay nice and cool with the deck fans. There was ample amount of grass on the property to walk our pets.
Suggestions to make the stay improved: replace coffee pot, pots and pan set in kitchen, deep clean sofas (contain a lot of odors), deep dusting off property (lots of dust on base boards and slotted doors (especially deck), more thorough cleaning of showers (mold noted in cracks in caulking and sliding door track), full length mirrors installed behind every bedroom door, locks installed on bedroom doors for privacy, foot rail on long kitchen bench needs to be re glued (kept falling off), strong mold odor around kitchen sink (consider bleaching this), display date of last water filter refrigerator change so that guests know it is fresh, check dryer door (does not close properly), deep cleaning of vent trap in dryer needs to be cleaned, golf cart needs a tune up (squeaking sounds coming from underneath)

If I wouldn't have had a bad flare up with my RA and other old age maladies it would have been great for us. BUT that had nothing to do with the home or help we had from Deb------in charge of all vacation rentals. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I truly don't know what we would have done without her help. We didn't get to drive around Pot Nets like we wanted to (my husband gets lost easily) but Deb took us to look at a couple of places possibly for us coming down Christmas. As much pain as I was in, looking at the water helped my psyche. We can never thank Deb for all her help. She's a God send to Pot Nets Company.

This is directly across the water from Paradise Grill - while most folks will enjoy this aspect for location you definitely hear the live entertainment on the weekends into the evening.
Having a golf cart to motor around to the beach, Paradise Grill, playground, or pools was extremely useful and very nice that it was included with the rental.
I'll definitely be looking at staying here again!

The property is beautiful and has just about everything you could want except the selection of TV channels is very limited. We had a little problem that Deb took care of and could not have been nicer about handling. The other problem with a maintenance problem that she was unaware of was taken care of later in the week. If you like to be right on the water and right next to Paradise Cove then this is where you want to be!

We had a wonderful time the boys fished the kids loved the pool with the diving board and the beach. We liked the dinners at Paradise Grill and the ice cream. The kids loved the freedom of biking around. And we all liked dancing at Paradise Grill. The house was beautiful, we did have problems with flushing the toilet, but other then that I wanted to take the house home with me.LOVED IT!!!
