Nestled in Long Neck, this attractive house for $540 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beach memories will last forever in this beautiful home! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the colorful bay views from the open front porch. Located on the waterfront at Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for great family entertaining. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Overall was a success. This is our second year renting and unfortunately that came with a few hiccups this year. The fans on the porch did not work unlike the neighboring rentals. The dishwasher was also not functional unlike last years rental. The floor was very dirty. We’re at the beach so we didn’t mind but it’s clear by the amount of black dog hair the carpets were not cleaned. In addition, the bottoms of our feet were black at the end of our first day there. Finally it looks like it was our luck we picked the pest control and shrub trimming week. They sprayed pesticides on the outside of the house which wasn’t a big deal but when you bring a pet like we did, makes it a little concerning. The shrub trimming guy was out at 8am one morning with a gas trimmer which woke up both kids. Overall though we enjoyed our stay but wanted to be transparent in some of the disappointments.

Nice layout. House was very nice, great beds, nice appliances and great location. Needs a few things like window curtains in bedrooms 2 and 3, towel bars or rings for bath towels and hand towels by the sinks and dressers in bedrooms 2 and 3.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Property Manager was very helpful and responsive with my needs. Plenty of parking with a fully stocked kitchen including a large crock pot! Paradise bar and grill is close by along with a large private beach. Getting around the community is easy with the supplied golf cart in the shed. Something else that is in the shed is a full size propane grill. My favorite spot in the house is the large front porch where my family and I would enjoy breakfast in the morning and drinks at night.

I have a 21 month old and this was our first family vacation and the Potnets was the perfect spot! The house was very clean and spacious for the kids to run around. We did have an issue with our dryer in our unit but Debbie, the property manager was so wonderful. She had our laundry sent out to be cleaned and then also gave us $100 for the inconvenience. I was blown away by the customer service. Paradise grill is also an awesome spot. The golf cart made the vacation very enjoyable also as we didn’t have to drive our car at all. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at 544 Sea Glass with another family- 4 adults and 5 teenagers/young adults total, and our small dog. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was spotless upon arrival. The main living area of the house is so open and airy, plenty of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows. We made use of the Golf Cart included, exploring the community. It was so peaceful and quiet, just a lovely vacation all around. The property manager, Debbie, was extremely helpful and personable. This was a wonderful vacation experience.

Peaceful New Years
Very clean and comfortable ranch home on the bay. Stocked with everything you need, a true home away from home. Driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles, golf cart and full size grill are in shed. The private beach is a 5 min walk away. Only down side to the area in my opinion is the homes are very close together so in the summer time things might be a little loud.

Although we loved the house, location and property, our contact, Debbie Wilhelm, was nonexistent during our week stay. I was in communication with Debbie prior to our start date. We had some issues...porch ceiling fans not working, dirty floors, trash under the pull-out couch. When I called the management office numerous times, my calls were never returned. I emailed my concerns and again, NEVER got a response. I am very disappointed that we were ignored. We enjoyed our stay, but your rental managers need to have better communication with your renters.

All the appliances were in great condition. Lots of clean plates, cups, utensils and pots and pans were provided. The view from every room of the house was very beautiful. Everything about the house was perfect. We would love to go back to this house during summer. If I could give 6 stars I would, seriously.

Lovely home, clean, great amenities on site for a family vacation; restaurant on site was awesome and had entertainment each night, golf cart was a great convenience and super fun for the kids to ride on to the playground and beach. All interactions with management were very helpful. Overall it was a great find. One suggestion would be to provide some beach chairs for the guests or mention to bring your own would be helpful; most beach rentals have them now. Also perhaps a small Keurig. Would definitely consider this for a summer rental again. The whole community is extremely family friendly.

We had a place in Pot Nets for many years until 2002 and loved it. When we learned of your rentals we decided to bring our grand kids and show them where their fathers spent their summers. The location was wonderful, great views!Unfortunately things went bad from our arrival (12:00 Noon ,that early time was granted by the agent). The place had not been cleaned, even though it was vacant the week before.Linens on floor, oven dirty, toaster oven dirty,shower door fell out, small BR bedspread very dirty,shower drain clogged constantly, toilet handle broken (I fixed it),Ants in LR and Kitchen,ice maker problems,filter in fridge needs replacing,can opener broken, vacuum had no belt to turn brush,etc. Again, we love Pot Nets but it certainly isn't worth $3200 a week! The place is not being maintained.The kids still had a good time but my wife and I were disappointed. I can understand why you sent e-mails offering discounted rental fees.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. The staff was very responsive when needing an earlier check in and very friendly. They know the area and much of what was going on that weekend. The golf cart and proximity to the water and live music was more than expected. The house was a perfect size, with large open spaces for the whole family.
