About this house rental
Situated in Long Neck, this charming house for $550 per night is a great choice for your next break. Need some Vitamin Sea? Come enjoy the colorful bay views on the open porch overlooking the marina! Located on the waterfront at Pot-Nets Bayside, this spectacular home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a wide open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for great family entertaining. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. We’ve been staying at pot nets for several years now and enjoy to peace away from the chaos of the beach. The houses are spacious and the perks of having a golf cart are always a hit with the kids and we all enjoy nighttime rides around the area. My only critique for this time was that our golf cart broke down Friday night and we were told no others were available even though several other rentals were vacant so we were left all day Saturday without one and needed to drive everywhere. I do think replacement golf carts should be available in instances like that since part of the reason so many do rent is for that reason.

The house was very nice and spacious, and the view was beautiful. We all had a great time (8 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs) fit comfortable. The beach was very nice but you're on the bay so the water murky but there are 2 big pool complexes, and the development was very nice. The house needed a good vacuum, and I would suggest bringing your own bath towels, theirs were very stiff. Also, you should see if you can rent an extra golf cart, the house comes with one 6-seater but the house is for 10 guest.

Great location, but when we arrived it was obvious the house wasn’t properly cleaned, floors and rugs ver dirty, we found slice of cheese on a windowsill, we had to vacuum entire place.

There was stuff under our beds that looked like they had been there for years.
Dirty dishes in the cabinets. And the master bathroom shower was not clean at all.
You should really have someone clean the homes better. Also there is so much dust under the couch in the living room

This is a brand new, well designed house! Just beautiful and very close to the beach, playground, and Paradise Grill. Having a golf cart to explore the area was an unexpected plus. The only down side is the general area is a bit congested and the location of the house means a lot of traffic going by. View of the bay would be diminished by the full parking lot

There were dirty sheets in the washing machine when we arrived. This is the only rental I’ve ever stayed at that requests you strip the beds and put all the sheets and towels in laundry bags. Also the first rental that has requested the dishes be put away… typically they’re just left in dishwasher after running them to assure cleanliness.

We had a great 10 days at Pot-Nets! The house was really well laid out and extremely well stocked! All the bedrooms were great sizes so no issues with who gets which room. The view from the porch was great, we spent a lot of time out there looking at the marina and water just past...there was always a little breeze! Oh and Debbie was great, very responsive. We were sad that the pools were not open, we didn't know that so we were disappointed.Overall we would definitely come back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property 490 Marina Bay. The home is very spacious and is well kept. The views from the porch at the house are beautiful. You feel like your involved with all the activities going on in the area. The representative Debbie Wilhelm is excellent. She is always available, and accommodating. She is so pleasant and easy to work with. She makes your stay more comfortable. The home is large and has all the most up to date amenities.The only cons for us is that the rugs in the bedroom in the back really needs a deep cleaning, and the rugs in the other rooms could use some cleaning as well. Also there was no broom or vacuum cleaner available for use to keep the day to day tidiness up.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! The home was beautiful, extremely roomy and clean! The views were just as lovely. Even with it being off season we couldn’t have had a better time. The play ground and location of the beaches were extremely convenient with kids. The property manager was very quick to respond as well. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Nice community; large, comfortable rental; great communication
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The nearby beach and playground were great for our young children. The rental was clean and tidy, except for the dust bunnies under the couches. The beds were very comfortable. Rarely have I stayed anywhere with more comfortable mattresses. The rental property was large and convenient. The rental had a well stocked kitchen. Their cancellation policy is very inflexible. We had to delay getting to the rental by one day and had to come home early by one day, so we paid for 7 days and only used 5. If I'd gone to a hotel, I would have at least gotten those two days back in terms of $$. So that is a huge downside for us. We have young children and sometimes vacations just don't go according to plan. We would come back and stay here if it weren't for that factor. I think we'll have to look for a future rental that has a more flexible policy.
