About this house rental
Located in Long Neck, this charming house for $460 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Happiness is enjoying the colorful bay views from the open front porch on this beautiful home. Located on the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this spectacular home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for great family entertaining. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "The Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Ocean Pier is a lovely house with a gorgeous water view. We rented the place for the covered porch and it did not disappoint. We took our dogs and they enjoyed the porch in the morning and evenings as much as we did. The home was clean when we arrived, but very warm. We immediately closed all the blinds and the ac just didn't keep up even though it was not an overly hot week. Ceiling fans in the unit and better blinds may have helped. The ceiling fans on the porch did not work. When the maintenance man arrived he said he was going to try to work a miracle. I'm assuming he knew the fans didn't work. He said he had to order a part and would be back in a day or two. Six days later we left and the fans were not fixed. Overall, the house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was just a little too hot for my family who requires cool especially for sleeping. The golf cart is a wonderful bonus as well as the pool and beach. My family had a great time exploring the community and making memories.

We just ended a wonderful week at this pot-nets vacation rental. The house was perfect for our family and dog, perfectly situated in the community and to our boat slip. Debbie was so great to work with! Very responsive and helpful! We are already trying to plan when we can return!

This bay view house in Long Neck is very new and beautiful. I enjoyed reading the morning paper on the front porch looking over the boats in the little inlet in front of the house. It was a short walk to a really nice little bayside beach and a 25 minute drive to Dewey Beach or Rehoboth. The bed was comfortable. We stay in many VRBOs and this one was a little more like a hotel in that while the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc, there were no things you might find in renting a VRBO that is sometimes inhabited. Like salt and pepper, but that is very minor. Overall we really liked the house and neighborhood for it's quiet walks (It was mid September so it there weren't many others around in the neighborhood. We would stay there again. Thanks, Ray

Rental experience was very good, very clean, and exactly as described. Note to management - There is a lot of construction and maintenance. I was woken up at 7am every day to loud machinery, including tree service. Suggest to have heavy machinery limited to a 9am start.

Amazing Winter Getaway House
When we started looking for winter getaway, we knew we wanted to be near a beach. When we found this house, we knew we found something special. It sits just a short walk from the beach and offered a peaceful environment to enjoy time with friends.
The booking process was made especially easy with the help of Debbie from the management company. When ice storms hit prior to our arrival, she helped us check in early to keep us safe. As the organizer, I really enjoyed having someone I could reach out to directly and her customer service was exceptional.
The house is freaking beautiful! It was bigger than the pictures let on and was immaculately clean. The large kitchen and numerous seating options made it easy to congregate and enjoy time with one another. The kitchen had the essentials as did the bedrooms. I liked the front bedroom which had a private entrance that I used for morning walks.
The neighborhood was awesome too. We saw a lot of neighbors walking around the block and even ventured out to an estate sale. There were a lot of restaurant and grocery options nearby. We took advantage of the outlet mall and tax free shops nearby.
Overall, I'd I definitely recommend this home. It will meet your expectations and in many ways exceed them!

We really enjoyed our time at PotNets Bayside. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, very very comfortable. Fantastic location. We walked along the paths and around the dock and beach areas every day. There were just 2 of us staying at the rental, but we had some friends over for dinner and probably enjoyed that more than going to a restaurant! We look forward to coming back in the Spring and using more of the development's amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.
