Situated in Telluride, this charming condo for $1,010 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Completely remodeled with luxury finishes. Private and spacious, Parkside 102 is your in town getaway. Just off Main Street in historic Telluride, Parkside #102 has great access to all the festivities that Town has to offer. The Town Park is a half block away (think Summer Festivals), the ski shuttle (the Galloping Goose!) stops right at the corner, and hiking/biking trails surround you! All the shopping, theatres and restaurants are a stroll away. The living area, along with the kitchen and dining room, all have heated hardwood floors. There is a cozy stone gas fireplace to warm toes on chilly winter nights. The large flat screen TV in the living room and 40 inch smart TV in second bedroom are available for your in home entertainment. Off the dining area and through two giant glass doors is an outdoor covered patio to watch the Telluride scene go by. The kitchen has quartz countertops with beautiful appliances and is fully equipped for the gourmet cook in the crowd. The Master Suite has a King sized bed with a steam shower. There is a balcony with views of Ajax, La Junta and Ballard Peaks. The guest room has a comfy queen bed. And, the sofa in the living room is a queen sofa sleeper. The washer and dryer are by the kitchen. The small condo building has a hot tub and large deck for guests and residents’ use at the top of the building with beautiful views all around! Great way to relax at the end of your day! All rental rates are subject to state & local taxes. Because of recent changes by VRBO, the Book It Now feature only collects state taxes and we will have to add the local taxes as an administrative fee to any rental. As always, we accept PayPal where you can avoid the VRBO Service Fee which we neither control nor receive. We absolutely loved this home . No detail
Left undone for our comfort. Spotless clean and roomy. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with everything a novice or gourmet cook would need. Both bedrooms are so tasteful decorated and bedrooms have comfortable mattresses . There is plenty of space for my group of three adults . The view from condo can’t be beat and for staying close to festival was only a walk across the street . The Galloping Goose stops right in front of condo . We parked the car and walked easily to everything. You can’t go wrong with these accommodations. I would love to stay here again .

Hot water valve broken and reported but not fixed
No soap or shampoo in bathroom which is fine but guests should know in advance.
Our friends did not have hot water in bathroom sink! I reported it but nothing done!! Hot water would of run for four days

The property was clean and spacious, very well located just at the east end of the downtown area. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped (the knives were even sharp!). It was quiet at night even with the bedroom windows open.
There was a minor issue with one of the TVs which wasn't resolved during our short stay but the owner and property manager were both on the case.
I'd happily stay there again.

It comfortably accommodated our entire family. The main floor living area is spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The cherry on top would have been if the hot tub was working during our stay....but not the listers fault as it is shared by all the tenants in the building.

We had a wonderful holiday here! The unit is much bigger and nicer than the pictures lead on. It’s very lovely and the kitchen is wonderful! The steam shower is just what is needed after a day on the slopes. We would most definitely stay here again!

This location is perfect if you have a dog because the City Park is right across the street and the host provides pet amenities (towels and kennel). The place had nice amenities and was very clean. The location was amazing and the condo was high end, very well decorated, the beds were so comfy, and the owners supplied absolutely everything. It was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. It was at the quiet end of Main Street across the street from the park. It could not have been more perfect. I will always stay on this side of town now. We walked everywhere however the bus stop is literally right out your door. It was a pleasure to have the park and walking trails and hikes also at your front door. There was an incredible roof top private hot tub only for the the units in the building but we never shared it with anyone. I cannot say enough about this unit. We were so sad to leave. I would always choose this as our number one choice, there just isn’t any place that could be better. The owners were always very quick to respond from booking to leaving. It made the whole experience that much better, super smooth. I can’t rave enough about it. It was Perfect!!!!!!!

The location was perfect, right on the path of the shuttle that picks you up on the corner. It’s also walkable to gondola. The rooftop (shared) hot tub has an awesome view of the mountain. Place is clean and priced right. I would stay here again.

Property was in great shape, owner was very responsive when we had a few questions about the heat. Location cannot be beaten, right by Town Park and walking distance to all the shops & gondola. Has it all, my family had a great Thanksgiving here.

Perfect location in town, but away from the noise of town. Conveniently located to access all that Telluride has to offer without ever having to use your car. Would rebook in a heartbeat. Very nicely updated condo with all the bells and whistles you would need for a memorable stay in this beautiful place.

This updated unit is in a great location in Telluride! This in town location is great because you can walk to all the great restaurants and shopping. Also, with this being pet friendly, being across the street from Town Park is perfect for exercising your pet. There is a designated parking spot, which is helpful too. This place has all the comforts of home and is well stocked for family cooking.
