PERMIT #2023-1755 STANDARD OCCUPANCY (Sleeps): 6 guests (includes infants or children) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6 guests (includes infants or children) VEHICLE MAXIMUM: 1 vehicle (includes golf carts or any other recreational vehicles) Trailers, boats or RVs are NOT ALLOWED inside the Aquarius parking lot. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS YEAR ROUND Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. BEACHFRONT COMPLEX WITH GREAT BAY VIEWS AND HEATED POOL! Aquarius #908 is located on the 9th floor and offers great bayside views including Romantic Sunsets and Fireworks displays. Just 90 feet away from the Gulf of Mexico this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is a great place to relax and unwind on sunny South Padre Island. The Aquarius Condos complex offers a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and beautifully landscaped grounds. This condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI internet and sleeping accommodations for 6. The master bedroom entails 1 queen bed and the guest bedroom entails 2 twins. There is a sofa sleepers in the living room which completes the accommodation for 6. The condo is centrally located here on South Padre Island and is within walking distance of the entertainment district, various shops, and restaurants. There is also free transportation offered by The Wave shuttle.

Close to the beach but dirty. Cereal on the floor and inside the pullout couches. Sheets were covered in sand. Large sticky stain on the couch. Just needs to be better taken care of.

Location was excellent. That’s about the only positive this condo had to offer. Disappointed on the cleanliness of condo upon arrival- especially since we were not allowed keys until EXACTLY 4 PM and I was forced to wait in the lobby until the clock struck 4-not a second before! Floor was sandy upon arrival and broom in condo was useless and ancient. The wristband policy for my 10 year old was silly. ($50 fee if band was lost). Only 2 bath towels were provided for a family of 4. Beds were terrible. Overall condo was tired and needed a deep cleaning (baseboards and floor).

Condo was NOT beachfront No tv service in either bedroom Wi-Fi was terrible Tv in living room only worked on Wi-Fi therefore it sometimes didn't work Only one elevator working on last day of stay Will not return to this property (Should get money back because of these issues)

A much needed vacation for our family it was our first time going, every thing was great!! Plenty of room pool was clean and love the night lights on it only problem we had was not enough time didn't want to leave!

We had a great time staying at this condo. Condo was super clean, was stocked with everything that was needed, beds were super comfortable, and the view was great. There was a previous post that said it needed a dishwasher or it didn't work. It was there and worked well for us. Sitting on the patio we could see the city and most of the main road and at night the fireworks were straight ahead of you. Only negative was that the master did not have a window so although it stayed plenty dark so you could sleep in, I usually like to see the outside first thing in the morning. Also the patio faces the bay side so you do not have a view of the gulf. We had a great time and definitely stay at this unit again. Enjoy!! Patrick Leander,Tx

We had an enjoyable stay. The building is a bit dated but conveniently located with access to the beach and we enjoyed the pool and grills. The condo itself is small but adequate. It needs a dishwasher.

We stayed at Aquarius 5 years ago and enjoyed it so we decided to try it again. Although this particular unit wasn't as roomy as the previous one; the view of the bay from the 9th floor was beautiful. We'll definitely be back but will get a beach front unit that has a more spacious living area.

Great Location!

Condo was very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with any and everything you would need to cook a meal. Just wish they had salt and pepper. Outstanding location! Easily walked to nearby restaurants and bars. Quick access to beach.
