Dog-friendly and with a shared pool, this South Padre Island retreat is fun for the whole family. Situated towards the center of South Padre Island, this condo building is right next to the water. Shops and eateries abound in the immediate area, and transportation is easy with the free shuttle that runs until 8pm. Cozy up on the couch with your favorite cable show or a rented DVD. WiFi is available if you want to look up a recipe, and the full kitchen has everything you need to make yummy food, including a coffeemaker to provide you with energy, a blender for smoothies, and a dishwasher to cut down on cleanup time. The shared pool outside is great for exercise or just cooling off. You have a private balcony where you can catch cooling breezes or watch the beautiful fireworks on Friday summer evenings. Six guests (including two dogs,) can stay in the two bedrooms and living room sodabed. This condo is ideal for a couples' getaway or a family. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading outside. The other has one twin bed and one double, and a second bathroom cuts down on lines for the shower. Take long walks along the beach, learn to surf, or enjoy live music at the local bars and restaurants. South Padre Island is the perfect place to escape the daily grind! Don't risk someone else getting your dates - book today! *Please note that during the month of March, all guests must be at least 25 years of age. We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great communication with property management company until I arrived at unit and asked to receive a call. Cricket! Cricket! No one called. Unit was ‘clean’ BUT SO outdated!! Sofas sank in when you sat. Paint chipping off walls and cabinet doors. Mold or guck in both bathrooms air vents. Doors we’re old, stained and sticky. Outlets we’re missing covers and only one on each of the outlets avail throughout the unit worked. So either you unplugged the lamp to charge your electronic devices or your devices would remain without a battery charge. Bathroom & kitchen sinks old, outdated and when opened them up, the texture of their inside was worse. Kitchen full of nothing anyone could use — not at all equipped with any essentials. No extra trash bags. Cable did not work for 3 days. Wifi was off and on our entire stay. Did I mention how bare and outdated the unit is??!! Unit should be described more accurately by management company as a fishing cabin and not a condo. ONLY three things that were great! 1. Water pressure in the showers (even with old, rusted and outdated shower heads). 2. In very close proximity to a lot of great places, walking or driving 3. HVAC worked great Will not stay here again. Will not recommend this unit.

Condo was nasty dead bugs and had to clean it before we were even able to let the kids in. We tried to get them to take care of it but no response! It was terrible do not recommend them at all!

We had a great time in South Padre, and at Fiesta Sol condominiums. Our condo was clean & quiet and in a perfect location as we could walk to the beach, fun outdoor pubs & restaurants, the grocery store, and a small amusement park all within a block or two. The beaches had soft, clean sand and you can walk for miles down the beach. It was busy but never crowded.

There’s no mention of an elevator in the posting, so I wanted to make sure it was mentioned here. Also, the place was filthy, with stained shower curtains (which we replaced), coffee grinds left in the coffee maker, sand all over the floors and shower floors, there was no fitted sheet on one of the beds, the one comforter smelled like cat urine, and the balcony door wouldn’t stay on the tracks or open properly. I brought all this up, including pictures, with management to no avail. They kept saying they would have the local team reach out to help make things right, but after six nights there, no one contacted me, despite me reaching out each day. On the bright side, the location is nice with a quick walk to the beach, and Crystal, our “Property Caretaker,” was helpful with little things. In closing, I’d be hard-pressed to stay at a Vacasa property again, or to recommend.

The whole experience was just not good! The pictures of the furniture made it look better than it was also the cooking pots and pans were terrible so we bought our own to fix meals! We would not stay there ever again!!!

The spot was perfect. Gravity park coffee shops and the beach were just short walks away. The smell to the condo was musky. The place needs a really good deep clean. The sofa and oven.

Clean and close to beach access. Amenities were limited but seemed reasonable with the rental price and pet friendly. We received the door entry code but not the code to access the keys. Had to call about that. Main issue we found is that the coffee maker was not cleaned from the last use. The coffee in the filter was dry and moldy. Dishes didn't look all that clean. Washed most of them before using.

Property was very nice and unit was clean and stocked adequately for the four of us. The only issue we had was that our friend lost his wallet and when we tried contacting the number provided we discovered that there is no onsite property management so there is no one to help you there if needed.

Had a wonderful stay! The kitchen could use some pot holders though. The air conditioner filter needs replaced as well. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend!! Hope to come back here again!!

We went on vacation and there was no power or water. We had plans to stay a week and a half but left early due to everything on the island being closed. We contacted Vacasa but have yet to receive a response at all. We arrived on Monday (no power or water) and on Wednesday we finally received water but no power. Thursday morning our power came on so we had both power and water all day Thursday. When we woke up Friday we had no water again and left the property. The property itself is a great location and very nice. The lack of communication is unacceptable!

The location was great. The property itself was needing some TLC. Bathroom cabinet doors were filthy with dust, dirt and hairs. Top of refrigerator had not been cleaned in awhile. Faucet handles in both showers barely holding on. Electrical outlet behind the refrigerator needs a cover. Once we wiped everything down we were happy. Had a great time. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and attractions. Thank you.
